Wayward home
Low level well designed complex, easy access to premises and car park. Close proximity to shops, cafes , medical and local tavern. Beautiful on site pool although we did not get a opportunity to indulge.

Although a bit of a rocky start finding the spot, we were overjoyed with the accommodation, services and room. The pool was beautiful and we loved the time frame you were allowed to swim! The room was spacious and also had access to foxtel which was a great bonus. It was welcoming and friendly, an overall beautiful stay.

Lovely spacious & clean suite in a great location. Cleaners were excellent. We were charged an undisclosed credit card fee and not offered an alternate method of payment. The fee was NOT reflected in the advertised price or the payment receipt. The man on reception said our bank charged us the fee not the property so I rang our bank and was told this was a lie and that the property had definitely charged the fee. The booking check in info states there is no front desk and to ring a number when you’re ready to check in. I did this, got a message Bank & left a message. No response after 3 hours so we went to the property to find there IS a reception and we checked in!

This place was extremely clean and modern. Beautiful decor and comfortable bed. We could smell the beautiful aromas from the filo restaurant downstairs and would have loved to have tried it if we hadn’t been there for an event both nights we stayed. Will definitely be back.

We have stayed here a few times when we are visiting family. It’s in a great location with pub, shops and restaurants close by. The accommodation is lovely and very roomy with all the facilities needed. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant on our last night and it was really good. The food was fantastic and staff were lovely 😊

We were very pleasantly surprised from the moment we stepped into the reception area. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who explained everything from the parking, food outlets, motels amnesties and how to get to our rooms Im. The motel was immaculately clean and al, the staff we encountered were friendly and accomodating. Our room was quite large and the ensuite was sparkling clean and well laid out. Very quiet and safe. We were able to walk a very short distance to a range of shops. Highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. We will be return visitors.

Location was good, Rooms didn’t feel clean. Beds are the worst we have slept on. Kids complained the springs were uncomfortable on bed. Sheets felt damp.

Great and spacious room
Hotel room was very spacious for a family of four, bedroom and bathroom were very clean too. The room looked amazing and comfy. All in all it was a great experience including the service.

Unfortunately I should have read the reviews before booking this property and then take on board what I read was recent! I stayed Feb 2022 and paid over $200 for one night. I chose this place for the restaurant and gym. Well the restaurant isn’t functioning it is up for lease and the gym wasn’t functioning or if that’s what they call a functioning gym they need to think again - gross. My keys along with everyone else’s was left at reception (not manned). Anyone could have just walked in, looked for a female or male and waited in the room. It was quite scary entering my room that I left the door wedged open why I looked around. The door also doesn’t automatically lock. Id go out and come back and realise what I’d done. The best thing about the place is the lakes, nice to go for a run and also the cafe they recommend for breakfast just 100m up the road in the shopping complex. People were very friendly and food and coffee was great. The hotels has the bones to be a good hotel but the money you pay definitely isn’t worth it at the moment, I hope things change. Review to summarise “Definitely not like the brochure”

My second stay here and both times we had no soap in the shower tissue box was not full toilet paper was half full on the roll just little things were not up to scratch on the 1st day checking in. It is not a cheap hotel so I just expected things to be replaced or at least full when we 1st arrived. Other then that it's clean good location with plenty around the hotel.
