Hi Richard, Thankyou for your review. We do understand the WiFi was a problem during your stay and we are currently in the process of upgrading this system. We apologise for any inconvenience. In terms of Microwave, we do have a communal microwave on a terrace area that guests are allowed to access. Unfortunately, due to lisencing/insurance purposes we arent able to have any cooking facilities in the rooms, which is stated on our room description. Hi Katharina,Thank you for leaving your feedback.As per your booking confirmation, we have an alternate way of collecting your keys to your room if the reception is closed. Our staff are more than happy to recommend many more eateries around our area aswell, not just what is next door. In terms of the sun beds, we are currently in the process of replacing last season ones with new sun beds leading up to the new summer season. We apologise for the items found in your room and this will definitely be discussed with our housekeeping team so that this does not occur again. We appreciate your feedback and will 100% take it on board.

Thank you for your review Megan.We often have people ask for a Quiet room and generally that is what they get as we are off the busy road and the guests normally are here for other reasons like catching a flight out the next day or going on a cruise the next or catching up with family just to mention a few things. There are many nice Restaurants around and Clubs to visit and places to go if you have the time. After all you only need a nice clean room and a comfy bed for an overnight stay!Shangri-La Gardens Management
