The worst most disgusting place I have ever stayed. It was so bad we left after 1 night and went to the Novotel which was beautiful. Filthy, dated, broken furnishings, no air conditioning working, the place is a nightmare. Never ever stay there

Came for the views of the river, the city and the fireworks and was not disappointed. River Plaza is an icon and we loved our stay. Our family of six were really comfortable in the two bed, two bath apartment and could not get enough of the views from the open balcony. Tennis court and pool were an added bonus. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will consider staying again for a special occasion.

If you’re looking for location - this is a great spot, overlooking the river and close to hospitals. But the appartment is dated, the pull out bed had a huge stain on the mattres, and was absolutely uncomfortable- not suitable for 2 kids and to sleep on. An additional charge of $140 for 2 nights was paid for 2 children, which gave us 2 flat sheets and 1 towel on the table. A used medicine cup in the cutlery drawer, wrappers left in the bin among the little things that amounted to this rating. Also- this building doesn’t have 2 x Queen beds, only 1x Queen bed and 2 single options.

The view was spectacular. The appartments is dated, aircon noisey and sofa bed uncomfortable. Very grateful to be so close to the river and CBD wouldn’t want to stay more than a night.

Smooth after hours check in process. Clean room, kitchenette, appliances etc, comfy bed and magnificent views of river. Also close proximity to Train station, Mater and Children’s hospital, plus South Bank and associated gardens, walks and restaurants plus so much more Would totally recommend! :)

Fantastic view across the river to the city! Woollies was a convenient 5 mins walking distance for groceries and Southbank 5-10mins. Easy access to City Cats for river transport. Apartment was roomy and tidy, but disappointing regarding worn dirty carpets, broken vertical drapes, noisy water hammer in bathroom and old worn sofa. There was a fan in the second bedroom but no controls to use it which meant sleeping with the balcony door open which was very noisy all night.

TERRIBLE FILTHY OLD-FASHIONED UNIT
I stayed in Unit 25. It was filthly very filthy carpet old furntiure leaking taps blinds broken in bedroom could not block out the sun. The couch was all ripped and covered up with a blanket. The bed was very uncomfortable. disgusting. The receptionist was lovely but unfortunately units are individually owned. and owener refuses to recarpet and fix up problems. I would not let this person if I was in to let this unit. Bad for hotels.com

The property has a magic location overlooking the Maritine Museum and Goodwill bridge, The view is unbeatable. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The property was great value for money. As always what you pay is what you get. It is showing its age yet was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that an adjacent room occupant decided to disobey the property's rule not to smoke on the balcony.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. Our view was excellent and the room was much larger than we expected, there was also a second bathroom which was a nice surprise. The building and our apartment was a bit on the older side and could probably do with a few improvements but for what you pay to stay here, it is more than reasonable. Considering the location, views and size of the apartment. We would most definitely stay here again next time were in Brisbane.

Best view in town!
I was looking for a view and a pool for a relaxing few days back in the City with my son and River Plaza Apartments did not disappoint! Our 1bed apartment was fresh and clean, spacious, with sofa bed in the loungeroom and had a view to die for! Situated right next to the footbridge in Sth Bank it was a fantastic location with ferry almost at your front door, Sth Banks parks, beach, train station, cafes and restaurants all just minutes away on foot and across the footbridge in 10mins you are in the heart of the City and Botanic Gardens with walks and bikes and whatever else you might be looking for. We can't wait to stay again! Only thing missing was ceiling fans! Not wanting to close everything up and put the air con on, especially while sleeping, fans would be a great asset. Also absolutely NOWHERE to hang your towel in the bathroom.

We didn’t end up staying we handed back the keys 20mins after getting in the room it was dirty it smelt badly dints in the wall and all over the fridge. We still have been charged for the stay and we request a refund straight away. The photos on your website are misleading and is false advertising if we do not get a refund we will be taking this matter further for false advertising.

The location and the veiws from the room was great. However the room was not as described and was very small Although it was veryclean and tidy the carpet and furnishings desperately need changing. Also the layout was all wrong. For example the bed was facing the wall instead of facing the amazing city veiws. Wot if described it as having a choice of either a bath or shower however this is not the case. The staff informed us that all rooms only have showers. Overall i would not stay here again and is well over priced

Spectacular view, terrific location
A nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of storage for bags. The view of the river and the city was spectacular. Terrific location, easy walk to Southbank parklands and also the ferry stop was right across the road. I would have appreciated lockable screens on the sliding doors as we have young kids and I felt uneasy knowing they could easily unlatch the glass sliding doors onto the balcony. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We'd happily stay here again.

The view from the place is amazing and there are two large balconies to enjoy it from. The rooms were spacious and clean and there were great amenities. The “free wifi” however does NOT exist. We could only find a paid wifi. There was also free, under cover parking included. Overall I would recommend this place as a great place to stay for a holiday in Brisbane.

Not impressed I had to pay an extra $15 per day to park on the premises while I stayed there all because I booked on-line instead of booking direct. This is ridiculous & needs to change. Hot water tap handle had part of the turning handle missing. Other than this everything was great.

Incredible location - an easy stroll to everything you'd possibly want to access while in Brisbane. However, the cleanliness of this property left A LOT to be desired, especially given how paranoid the staff are about COVID. The cupboards were filthy, chair was broken, no spare towels, wifi didn't work and only one dishwashing sachet for a week's stay. There was also a dishwasher but no dishwashing tablet. I mean that kind of stinginess just leads to compounded filth. If there's not enough washing up liquid, guests simply don't use soap to wash. You are not walking 15mins to a grocery store just to buy dishwashing liquid. I waited to wash on the last day so that everything was clean but this is not what previous guests had done. The build up of grease on regularly used items was obvious. I would totally stay here again as my expectations of any privately managed apartment complex is so low these days that I come prepared to have to clean a kitchen before I can use it, but if you're worried about hygiene or supposed DEEP CLEANS between guests, then this is not the property for you. That said, OMG, so close to the Goodwill Bridge, Botanic Gardens, South Bank, grocery store and bottle shops, parking was super easy, so you gotta take the good with the bad sometimes.
