Great staff that even accommodated an early check in. Clean and bed was comfy. Only thing is road noise and you can hear planes fly over!! Other than that, good stay

The only drawback is we wantes Breakfast as stayed on our check-in form the restaurant was open in the morning for breakfast, come down at 8am... closed.

Outside balcony door could not close. Tv and fridge not connected. Power point for them in a cupboard, not visible. Room old and tired. Needs updating. Bed was terrible. Stayed in hundreds of motels. This was the worst. Lady at reception on arrival was lovely.

They had to confirm what night we were booked as they has two systems telling them different dates- they then advised they were actually fully booked on that night and would have to get back to me (stress) luckily they figured it out. We were an AH checkin but there was no parking and no information on where to park. Ended up calling ah manager of an adjacent property for help as AH service contact for this property didn’t have correct information in regards to parking so was no help. Elevator had a terrible stench. Condition of room was very run down and in dire need of a refresh. There was a couch in the room that clearly needed replacing and we couldn’t get the verandah door open past about 20cm. We booked as they provided pet friendly rooms but establishment didn’t really cater to this.

Emma,We tried our best to keep in contact with you in relation to your reservation. Unfortunately when the hotel is full and there is no parking available there is nothing that we can do. There is street parking available all around the property. In relation to the smell in the lift, I was advised that someone dropped some thing in there and I had to get someone out to service and remove the smell. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do about this either. My apologies that you could not get the door open and I will certainly look into this.RegardsTammy DreyerManager

The room had not been cleaned properly. Towel holder hanging of wall in bathroom. Bed lamp not working(not globe). Had to ask for linen for sofa bed, power outage on Sun night (not motel fault) very dated and requires lots of maintainance to be completed.
