However we do apologise for the inconvenience you faced during your stay, like the lift and ac in the room. We are actively upgrading our lifts and have 2 brand new ones, up and running and are undergoing the 3rd and final upgrade of our 3rd lift, that will be fully operational very soon. I do apologise that the ac in your room was not cooling during your stay and made the room feel stuffy, which im sure was not very comfortable.
