I’d expect this level of property for $50/night, not nearly $100. Shared bathroom not made super clear in listing (fine print buried deep). I can handle that but not the fact that the pipe work stunk and it was just generally grungy. Place needs a coat of paint, new pillows/beds. Served a purpose but would never stay here again.

The manager was absolutely shocking i finish work late stared cooking dinner after other peoole finished cooking the manager crept up behind me having a go how kitchen shuts at 8 and i need to have respect for others it was only 8.10pm . Theres kids running through the corridors. My stay was supposed to be 7 nights and i left after 4 days because he had an argument with me when i went down asking for more coffee i asked for my money back and ill leave . He yelled your not getting your effing money back and slammed the door so luckily enough i was able to get relocated to a much nicer place

The best part of the stay was the manager on duty. He was friendly and remembered my name. Didn't like have to used a communal bathroom. However considering the situation I felt safe.

Booked a room and paid in full at 9 pm. Drove from Ipswich to Brisbane to catch an international flight in the morning. The manager turned me away. Said it was to late for me to check in and yelled at me because he left the lobby door unlocked and I was able to come in and ring the bell. Didn’t get a refund and had to book a room with a different hotel down the road. Worst management I’ve ever experienced.

Overall the hotel was average, however not having a bathroom in each room makes it below average and disappointing. Waking up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and need to leave your room should never be allowed.. especially people who go to the bathroom 3-4 times a night.

-Online you lied about the free wifi -doesn’t say the bathroom and toilet are separate to the bedroom. -shuttle buse were was mentioned online as part of the booking but it’s a lie. - it’s very far from the airport. - can’t access past 8pm.

Genuinely the worst accommodation I've ever been to. Firstly, the bloke behind the counter ridiculed us for wearing face masks despite being in the midst of a global pandemic. He was general abrupt, poorly presented and not very pleasant to deal with. Secondly, the room smelt awful. Like, hold your breath kind of awful. So it was not a strong first impression. But upon further inspection, the linen was stained, the carpets obviously had not been vacuumed and there was a very strong "horror movie" vibe about the place. We lasted about 7 mins before decided to stay on a friends couch, and walking out. I still can't believe the place is legally allowed to exist...
