Good value accommodation for a layover, short taxi from the airport. We had a late arrival and they were very efficient in sending access codes and booking us a ground floor room as requested (there’s no lift). Room was very small and a bit tired, but fine for a layover. Bed comfortable, efficient AC, quiet room., good shower. Water from basin tap was brown and we couldn’t drink it. There is no shuttle bus but taxis arrive fast. For a short budget layover this is ideal - happy to save my money for other things.

Motel was good for our needs, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but sufficient for what we needed. Great location, very quiet considering it's location. We enjoyed our time at this motel and will come back if we need accommodation in this area.

This place was like walking into a backpacker hostel - I was interrogated at the desk because I had recently changed my name to my husbands name. They were creepy as. I had already paid so I took the key and went to the room. Smelt like black mould, all facilities were old and I felt very unsafe there. It was dark and dingy! I felt like I was watched by other creepy guests when getting out of my car to the room seeing which room I went into. I stayed about 30 seconds and decided to leave and book somewhere else for the night. I felt that unsafe that I didn't even go back to reception (if you could call it that) and return the key - I left it in the room.....They shouldn't be calling themselves an Ibis and they should charge much less. If there was a rating below terrible I would have chosen it.

It was a property needing work doing. I had to stand on stool to reach the switch for air con as there was no remote( staff member said they were no long made) No lift. Upside was that the staff were very helpful and at 4.30 am a taxi was hovering outside the entrance so I didnt have to ring for one. Convenient for the airport

The kettle was not working properly so knocked the power out in the room. The place is looking old and worn. The washing soap dispenser was empty and we had to ask for toilet paper. It’s convenient and well priced.

This hotel delivered exactly what it promised: A very basic hotel, close to the airport. Be warned that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so if you don't like carrying luggage up/down flights of stairs, then you should try to get a room on the ground floor

Nice but tiny rooms. Bathroom completely soaked after a shower since the curtain does little to contain water. Close to airport and met all my needs so I would stay here again despite the soaked bathroom:)

I checked in though the hotel looked unkept before entering the front doors. I then went through the dirty entryway and stairwell to the third floor. I walked down the dirty, and loud, hallway to my room. I immediately knew upon walking into the hotel room that I did not want to bring my bags into the room because I did not want to set my things or myself onto any surface of that room. I booked another hotel room while I stood there in my Ibis Budget room and I left without looking back.

Liked…. Staff Disliked…. miss leading name and confusion over the TWO ‘Ibis Airport’ hotels - we went to wrong Ibis Airport hotel first and incurred $60 worth of taxi services. Many many people make the same mistake which is very unfair. The name should be changed.

Firstly this is a budget hotel. We stayed here as we had a very early flight the next morning. Check in was very smooth. We walked down Nudgee Rd to the new North Shore area which is a fun spot to visit. The room itself was clean and compact. We have stayed at Ibis hotels in Paris and knew what to expect. It's a no frills place and a very good and inexpensive option for a stopover. Our Uber to the airport was approx 13.00 AUS. There's a kettle and tea and coffee in the room which was an added bonus. Thanks guys. Highly recommend for stopover

This place is a dive. Cold water from the shower. A drunk guy yelling at everyone near the entrance. Check in machine broken. No elevator and my room was on the top floor. Spend a few dollars and get a shower that works. Do not recommend.

The property is very convenient when you have an early flight. Staff very helpful and could not do enough. Very outdated. In need of upgrade, especially carpets in halls. Overall it suited our needs

We tried to call The number listed online several times but couldn’t speak to anyone. Deceptively small rooms compared to pics uploaded online. Would not let my dog sleep here.

Very handy location for an overnight stay between flights, Ben on reception was amazing, super helpful, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again

The closeness to the airport was great however when I arrived there were people yelling at all hours down the corridor there was no hot water ( which is what I was looking forward to the most) and the shower head was too low In short I’m glad I was only there for a couple of hours and not an overnight stay or longer Good luck to anyone who stays here maybe pack ear plugs if you want a decent sleep
