Clean enough for an aged place . Close to Bus & Ferry . The room (F2 R2) is a bit patched -up , shower drips 24/7 , nice smell when you walk in , I would stay again but only for the location (re the parking , the underbuilding carpark has a very low entry point and only low to the ground can get in )

Great location I had an early flight and wanted to be close to airport. Hamilton hotel right next door for meals and refreshments and it was affordable Ticked all the boxes for me I’ll be back Scott Buderim

This property deserves a 5 star. We were looking for a brilliant experience for our large family 2 adults 4 kids. We had a lot planned but we’re on a budget I was worried by some of the reviews but soon see they negative reviews were clearly false We underestimated our time of arrival arriving 1.5 hours early…wasn’t an issue at all the lovely gentleman at reception promptly checked us in I could tell it was a very busy day for them and I was absolutely blown away at the hospitality shown and I only hope they will have us back ! The hotel offers free wifi and Netflix on a flatscreen tv with a quaint dining table and beautiful city views ! & I can’t forget the rooftop views. They also off tea coffe and biscuits upon arrival which was fantastic! It’s close to all local amenities and the rooms are more then what you expect for the price this is great and I HIGHLY recommend staying here We had a wonderful experience and I only hope we can return in the near future ! Cheers Hamilton Motor Inn for a brilliant experience absolutely AAA

Lift stopped working just after we arrived, had the bathroom door locked from outside and could not access the bathroom, propoertly is long due for an upgrade, however location is convenient and has everything nearby.

Great service. Aircon worked well. Wifi was great. Hall stinks of smoke on non smoking floor and was very noisey, echoed a lot. Poor matress.

Close to the airport and somewhere to eat. Comfortable bed was a bonus. Wasn't dirty, just dusty in places. It was nice to relax for the night before travelling on home.

No hot water available to all apartments and lift not working when we arrived. Carpet not clean and dirty marks on cushions. Very rude manager who declined refund or discount even though amenities were not working.

Hi thanks for stayingAs i tried explaining to you at 10pm when you rang me on the ah phone we had a extremly bad storm that afternoon which we didnt realise took the hot water out which the tank didnt become cool to 9pm i cant get an electrician out at 9pmthe lift the same ottis had the lift working the next day i refunded your second night
