Great location, lots of places to visit within walking distance, plus a range of food options. Room is equipped with kettle, small refrigerator and there are some snacks/drinks for purchase in the room. Good budget room, clean with basic amenities. Could do with some basic maintenance - faucet handle in shower fell off, toilet loud while tank refilling. Would recommend for a good budget option.

The room we had was a better configuration than the first one we had. The sink tap needs fixing. Not sure it will last much longer.

Big comfy bed with big tv close to queen Street mall for shopping and food options. The staff were friendly and helpful, car parking onsite was very tight and minimal parking so best to pay the bit extra to park on tank street. The room we found was damp. Was good to sleep in solved a purpose as we didn't spend much time in the room.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for a short stay. The only complaint would be that the plumbing was terrible in the room next door. It sounded like a plane coming into land in our room.

I loved the friendly, professional service from the staff & the immaculate cleanliness of the room & bathroom. The motel is also very handy to the Queen Street Mall as well as the beautiful Roma Street Gardens. For such a minimal price Point had such a wonderful stay.

Was quite and clean and close walk to hospital and Queen Street mall and shopping and good walk to South Bank and museums and entertainment centre etc Small room but adequate for a short visit.

The lady that did my checking lacks of a welcoming attitude . It wasn't personal. During my stay, I observed that it was the same to other people doing the checking as well. Very noisy room. The washer machines next to my room around and the street sounds. I would.not stay again. It felt claustrophobic despite I booked with terrace. Very small room with no windows. The terrace was next to the toilet.
