Hi the staff at this hotel was exelent the room was just ok i did have an issue with the coubourd in the bathroom fell and landed on my foot witch brused it but it ok everything else was good

The receptionist was so lovely to deal with and although I was running a bit late and got there right at the end of the check-in period of 8pm, she was so pleasant and understanding. She gave good recommendations of where to get the morning coffee and a bite to eat locally, which was so helpful for someone who was visiting from interstate. I would definitely stay here again because they had everything I needed in a convenient location.

The property was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The only problem was the size of the bathroom which was a very tight fit for my mobility walker. Hotel meals were excellent.

The room has a kettle toaster microwave fridge freezer aircon wifi tv so everything you need to be self sufficient. There are also coles woollies very close by and lots of Takeaway options. The pub next door is good.

2nd stay with consistent good, clean, quiet, quality accommodation. Great staff and cleaner can't do enough for you. Food at restaurant excellent. Bottle shop is cheap. Not enough parks out front of units but not a problem as you can park close in carpark

Room smelt like spew. Found spew reissue over toilet seat, Sheets where smelly. Was a major water leak out side the room on near parking bay. Took several attempts to access staff to book in. All in all very poor service, a lack of care to state of accommodation facilities.

All in all, our stay at Browns Plains Hotel was enjoyable. The dining room was closed due to work being done, but good enjoyable meals were still available in the sports lounge. The only thing I would mention is the parking outside the motel rooms was limited.

recenty done up rooms, the toiltroll holder broken, toilet seat not attached properly, front cover fell off the vanity, the cold water tap fell off and not all the PowerPoints worked.

I liked its homely and just so close to everything . Sucky thing it wouldnt work on our games/on our phones the wifi 😂 for the chill time other then that everything was awesome

We came back to the room after being out to find a large cockroach which we killed but then when we were sleeping another large cockroach crawled up my arm. It’s just a few rooms shoved in a building out the back of a pub car park next to the bins.
