Very sorry to hear about your disappointment, Based on our CCTV footage for the camera outside the room and it does show you accessed your room. We are trying to get in contact with you on your mobile to discuss your issue in detail, unfortunately you're not answering our phone calls. Can you please call back our Manager Julie

Very sorry to hear disappointment with your stay. We never ever had an issue with our bathroom or the bedroom getting flooded, refer to all the reviews done by our guests and there is no mention of this case at all. Our Manager Julie will get in touch with you to address your concern.
