The property was clean, comfortable and affordable close to transportation cafes and restaurants just a lot of construction going on in South Brisbane may effect the quality of your stay

Found our room unclean. Pea nut shells and a hair clip on floor. Lots of dust every where and generally grubby. Seemed pointless complaining as saw earlier reviews havent changed things. Fan broke in room, light on balcony not working. No trays for the oven. Batteries dead in extractor controller Another disappointment was the three new towers that have been built blocking the city view we had paid for. Yet pictures still show this view on booking sites.Especially the girl in the pool at night time !! Overall a disappointing stay

Location was fantastic. Apartment is so open and clean. I absolutely loved the balcony. Only downfall…no housekeeping service. Otherwise, super great. I’ll stay here again

No vaccuum to clean. A broken 1 in the cupboard but apparently they no longer provide them. Instead you are expexted to use an old brush coated with other peoples hair and dust to clean the carpets. No table on balcony. 2 dining chairs springs broken so fall through. No undersheet for the bed and the top sheet wasnt even big enough for the bed. Crockery in poor condition. Ac only in 1 bedroom making it very uncomfortable to sleep. And major building works next door means you get woken at 530am anyway . Would never stay here again. They clearly dont care or take pride else these issues would have been resolved having been raised by previous guests.

The common areas weren’t air conditioned and very hot when walking through.There was a blind missing from the window in the lounge room;there was old food on cutlery in the kitchen drawer and ice in the fridge under the crisper which melted onto the floor. The location however was fantastic,close to public transport,supermarkets and restaurants.

It's our family's first time in Brisbane and having chanced upon this apartment is such a big advantage. The unit is spacious, well-kept and in such a great location. I love how we can just walk around the Southbank and hit multiple 'tourist' locations such as the Queensland Museum, Gallery of Modern Art, etc. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely will book again when we visit Brisbane. My only suggestion is to provide cleaning tools (such as broom, dust pan, microfibre cloth) as I personally would like clean floors especially if we go and walk everyday. Otherwise, this is such a perfect accommodation!

Liked the apartment. Plenty of room. Liked the balcony too. The bed was so comfotable. Didnt like the small pool..wouldn't suit kids. There was bit of construction noise but we closed doors and had airconditioning on another plus. Not enough good tv channels..a good sports channel or movie channel would have been good. Great for restaurants and access to lovely Southbank for swimming and food and drinks. All up a good price even adding 25 per night parking. We needed to pay this as we didnt book direct with them..so something to remember. Pretty good for value.

Really modern, comfortable bed, great Gas hob, good amenities and really useful to have a washer dryer and dishwasher too, can request extra amenities such as washing up liquid or dishwasher powder whenever you want at one extra cost. Pros: great location, easy commute to transports, groceries nearby, restaurants. Spacious flat, fully equipped. Budget friendly: we had a flight/ accommodation deal. Cons: if you like to sleep in full dark, don’t forget to grab some eyes masks otherwise you will be at a night club! Check in quick and easy but no instructions for check out when leaving very early in the morning.. left keys inside apartment. We will rent again if needed.

Great apartment with separate bedroom. Close to QPAC which is why we stayed here. Two grocery shops train station bus station all close. Very busy outside with traffic and new construction of apartments but quiet in our room. Too cold to use the pool but it looked great on the roof. Comfortable bed …everything we needed.

If you are staying in brissy, this place at the same price i got it for around that 150 p/n is a great place to stay. I had late check in, it was seamless. The apartment is nice, furniture abit average though. Easy access to some great restaurants, grocery store, train station.

Great location. No air con in second bedroom; no mention of building works next door until after payment; did not mention car park was suited to a small car; difficult to find a park to check in; apartment a bit shabby; toilet not cleaned well; low pressure in bathroom shower; nice beds.

Photos dont match what we got. Huge cranes righr in front with new construction. Pool and viewing deck on top was closed for maintenanxe. I had booked this hotel because of said pic on promo, so we could watch ANZAC fly overs

Lovely little apartment. Close to South Bank, the cultural centre, and the CBD. Clean and tidy. The decor was spartan but nice. Very comfortable bed. Loved our stay

The property was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was excellent and easy to get to everywhere we needed to go within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

The bed and pillows were rock hard and very uncomfortable woke up very sore The communication is the worst my husband was late due to the person at the counter arguing with him over a key
