Clean and well kept property 10-15 minutes walk to Fortitude Valley Station. Which means on a Friday or Saturday night you do have to walk past the drunk, passed out and throwing up on the way back to the hotel. But a nice hotel. Parking is cramped and restricted by numerous A/C ducts. A few places to eat nearby or a walk to James Street for a group of nice places to eat.

Good accomodation. I tried it as something new as the CBD was booked out. There was very little to no lighting in the bathroom, no toiletries (just a mixed shampoo/conditioner and a liquid soap - both in the shower). Ok but expensive for what it is. I would say 3.5 star.

5hours in the car to arrive to check in to an executive room and be told sorry no car park you have to park in a public car park down the road sorry

Cleaner was not able to provide a tea bags on our second night. Had all day to service room while we're out and knocked on the door at 4.00 when I was having a nap on return.

Good location for a breakfast meeting I had to attend in James Street (walking distance 5 minutes), easy parking at the property and not expensive to park compared to other hotels. James's street has some amazing shops and restaurants.

Great location and room. Need to ensure there is enough food in the restaurant: they ran out of food while I was there. Also, need the female front desk staff to be quieter at night - they were partying past 11 pm

We had a great stay & it was a great location for our weekend stay. Footy Friday night & 21st at Stone & Wood Brewery Brisbane around the corner, walkable distance. Friendly staff. We will be back. 😊😊

Excellent Location
One night stay to attend music festival at Brisbane Showgrounds - excellent location for this (walking distance). Lady at reception was lovely, pointed us in the right direction (James St - around the corner) for brunch and then was able to check us in a few hours early! Will definitely stay again if attending event at Showgrounds :)

The service was excellent - Mitchell was amazingn at checkin. The room was tidy and clean albeit the crumbs left on the desk and table however all the good work was undone by the use of a Milwulkee hammer drill in the room next to me (right beside my head) and a hammer from around 7:30am by an electrician. How do I know the brand and that it was a sparkie? We shared the down during my checkout! When I bought it up with the team member at check out, i received nothing - no acknowledgement, no apology - crickets! Really disappointed with this place unfortunately and could not recommended it based on this experience 😕
