Am blown away at how good this place is. Its like a combination of the best hotel features with an apartment suite. Upmarket style & feel as well as having everything from new smart tv, hot choc, dryer, cooktop, separate lounge & bedroom yo even a spare powerboard.Will b back!

Great value for money here and very close to James street. Room was huge and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and let me check in early

Check-in was confusing. Room smelled “mouldy” even after leaving the balcony doors open. Stains on the wall near the bed head. Foxtel didn’t work. Ice maker in the fridge didn’t work. Room was not serviced even though I was out from 8.30am-5.30pm and left the door sign requesting room to be made up on all day. I won’t stay here again.

We arrived early to avoid being held up in the Friday afternoon traffic from NSW. Staff were lovely, let us park our car and use the pool until our room was ready. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Was in a fantastic location. Only complaint was the lounge and fridge were a bit grubby. Would stay again

Booked Executive Apartment, not impressed. Apartment quite dark. Bad cooking smell in corridor on L9. No housekeeping for a 5 day stay. Lovely staff who allowed an early check-in and late check-out which was appreciated.

Location excellent. Great to be able to open one window, but noisy facing Ann Street. Other side of hotel might be better. Two bedroom apartment was large and comfortable with most of the expected amenities. No coffee making facility and only inexpensive tea bags, which is surprising considering the cost of accommodation.

Was a little disappointing, rooms were clean but lacked comfort. No coffee machine, no extra blankets as bedding was very thin, no robes, sofa was very uncomfortable. Staff weren’t overly friendly. Not a bad location, walking distance to nice restaurants and shops etc. but wouldn’t stay again.

Staff are not welcoming! To say they are unhelpful is an understatement, being a business owner myself there is clearly management issues. Staff have zero interest i helping you. First greeting walking in to the reception is bland and unfriendly. Which is a shame the rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean. Modern and homely feeling. Parking is a bloody nightmare if you have a large car

Stayed in the valley to see a band play at the Triffid. Close walk to food and gig. Friendly staff throughout the stay, easy check in / check out. Comfy stay / very clean and would definitely stay here again.

Reading the reviews before booking we were expecting a clean and new feeling property and our expectations were met and exceeded. The fully self-contained top-floor apartment was well designed and offered an excellent view across the city skyline. Restaurants and entertainment venues are a short walk from the building, and we had a surprise with a visit from a kookaburra in the morning caroling on the balcony which was a lovely reminder of home :) We'll definitely keep this property on our short-list for where to stay when visiting Brisbane.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere. Very spacious unit and well equipped. The only disappointment was the couch. Super uncomfortable. Absolutely no padding and way to low. After being out all day on adventures you can’t relax on the couch. There’s no way an elderly person could get up from this couch.
