We had a quick change of plans and had to check out a night early. In our rush we missed picking up one of my 4 year olds soft toys. The park was able to find and mail back the little toy quickly and with no fuss. Thankyou for going above and beyond to ensure my little girl got her much loved puppy back. Very clean, would recommend

The hosts were so lovely and hospitable particularly given lockdown circumstances. We will definitely be visiting again when we can! Beautiful place to visit and accommodation was great with everything we needed as a young family.

No hot water on one morning poor communication alternatives offered after going to the office all not good. Heating was insufficient for autumn weather do not want to stay there in winter.

Hi Rudolf, We did apologise about the lack of hot water which was rectified within the hour and we are sorry you didn't accept our offer of a free upgrade, a full refund or assistance sourcing alternate accommodation. Also, the reverse cycle air-conditioning units are new so you may have set it incorrectly, it is always advisable to address these concerns during your stay.

Overall good to stay , but the beds for three kids very squeezed . And if four kids that room is very squeezed , it can be looks more bigger if they use sliding door rather door on hinges .

Staff were lovely. Cabins were clean. Unfortunately sound is an issue. You can hear everything from the neighboring cabins, including them speaking, moving chairs, closing doors etc.

Thank you for your feedback.We do have helpful and happy staff and we pride ourselves in the cleanliness of the cabins. Unfortunately in an accommodation park eliminating all exterior noise is near impossible but if you spoke to us at the time of your stay and we found your neighbours noise excessive we could have tried to reduce some of the noise.

Cabin was great and child friendly. Only issue was with pre-authorisation, aside from my experience, it takes some time after your stay (minimum 2 days) for the pre-authorisation to be released when other places release on the day you leave

We are glad you found the cabin suitable and comfortable for your needs. Cabins need to be inspected before the pre-authorisation can be released and this is not always possible on departure date.

Fell down veranda steps as it was hard to see where step finished. Needs a coloured strip on edge of top step. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Cramped and tiny
Our cabin was very small, would recommend having no more than two people stay at a time. Another downer was the hot water ran out every morning. On the plus side it was very quite and the staff were easy to deal with.

Thanks for your feedback. As you have chosen to remain anonymous, I can't comment on your cabin - long, hot showers are very tempting in the cold of winter but luckily our hot water services do recover quickly :)

Great accommodation. Fantastic hosts that aim to please. Only negative? would be a draught in room but considering it was a cabin, budget, with nights in the negatives, that’s very minor. I highly recommend this place. I would certainly return.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience, unfortunately we cannot control the water pressure as much as we would like to, we are not connected to the water mains so our showers are gravity fed, this means the pressure does suffer during busy times. We have our air conditioning units serviced regularly and have been progressively replacing them but we do rely on our guest to tell us if there is a problem and we have had no reports. There is no denying that some of our cabins are compact and we do not pretend otherwise but they all conform to the building regulations. Can I suggest that in future you come and talk to us about any issues as they occur not just post a review after you leave.

Close enough to the centre of town.
We were heading in from Canberra, so would be arriving quite late. They called up during the day to see when we would likely arrive, it was going to be after their office shut up for the day. They arranged for our key and directions to our cabin to left in an envelope with our name on it. The cabin was clean and had a working heater and shower and bed, that’s all we required.

The most terrible chotel in my life...
Everything was terrible from the first day: the staff were not attentive, there was no connection not that the promised Internet. The house was rented to two families and we were on two cars, but the second car could not be left near the cottage. In the cottage there was no heating and we with the child froze the first 2 days and only on the 3rd we were given a heater.

Served its purpose.
For the $$ we paid I thought it would be something better. It was called a Deluxe cabin and it was far from it. However, it did serve its purpose which was a roof over our heads for the Brighter Days festival. As we were only there to sleep it was ok BUT the size of the bed did not suit as it was a double and it was very uncomfortable in size and comfort. It was clean but for $177 a night I did not think it was worth it. The lady at reception was lovely and helpful and I didn't want to complain as I didn't want to ruin my weekend.

Cabin is overpriced
We were originally put into a small cabin near the main road. The cabin had been painted 2 weeks prior but the smell was extremely strong so I requested to be moved and we were for an extra cost :-( I mentioned the price to the front desk but she thought that the price fit the quality of the cabin. I don't think so. At nearly $200 a night (as we had to pay extra) I expect a comfortable couch, larger TV and breakfast. Anyway that's my experience. Won't be going back.
