"Lovely place with really nice staff. Rooms are small but it’s expected in a lot of places in Europe. But the humidity in the rooms and ventilation could be better. And there’s water leaking in the bathroom. "

"Beautiful hotel with great views of the mountains! The hotel was so cozy and clean. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. It was very rainy during our stay so we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant twice to avoid the bad weather. On one of those nights we lost track of time and went into the restaurant after they had closed. Instead of turning us away, the staff was nice enough to offer us pizzas and even brought them to our room for us. Highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Grindelwald! "
