Welcome to our low country cottage in a quaint neighborhood within 5 minutes of downtown historic Beaufort! It is also within twenty minutes of Parris Island and the Marine Corps Air Station and thirty minutes to Hunting Island State Park Beach.
The Beaufort Breeze overlooks Tidal Creek with beautiful views of the marsh! New dock in 2023! There are well appointed windows for viewing the marsh from the kitchen, dining, living room and master! You can sit on the porch or around the outdoor firepit and view abundant wildlife and the changing tide or fish or swim off the dock!
Don't miss taking a trip to Hunting Island Beach with the provided free pass!
We are .3 miles to the Spanish Moss Trail and 3 bikes are provided! Also an easy walk or bike ride to Historic Downtown Beaufort 1.4 miles.

Beaufort Breeze was a wonderful vacation home to stay at. We were 6 friends making our way home from Florida. It was a perfect location to tour the low country. Laura and Brandon were gracious hosts.The fire pit, dock with seating and well appointed house were all spectacular. Laura responded in a timely manner to all our questions. The home was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable for all 6 of us. The best VRBO vacation rental that any of us have stayed in. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

This property is updated, immaculate, spacious, inviting and very comfortable. Included bikes, corn hole boards, fishing rods and State Park admission pass are generous extras which make quests feel like family. The beautifully landscaped grounds with Southern Live oaks dripping with Spanish Moss frame the coastal creek pier offering a tranquil view of the marsh. Perfect place to celebrate major milestones with lifelong friends. Nearby Alvin Ord's Sandwich Shop was a delightful experience providing a warm and delicious take home lunch on an overcast, dreary rain day as we hunkered downing the cozy den and watched a movie. We're already looking forward to additional stays at the "Breeze".

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in during the 20 years we’ve been coming to Beaufort. Spotless. Perfect location. Most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the dock and back yard. Already planning our next booking. Only suggestion, it would be nice to have a couple more kitchen towels. Absolutely loved this property. 5⭐️

Beautiful Beaufort Breeze
We had a fantastic stay at Beaufort Breeze. The weather was unusually cool so we weren’t able to take advantage of some of the outside amenities. We loved the view of the marsh and the house was very cozy. We would love to stay here on a future adventure.

We stayed for 4 tranquil nights. The extra touches will be remembered-the Christmas tree, the coffee, the shower supplies, the beautiful pier, the fire pit, the bikes! The place was well maintained (inside and out). We enjoyed everything and would definitely recommend. The location was ideal-close enough to town yet gave a feeling of tranquility. Neighbors were so nice and we were thankful to stay there.

Beaufort Breeze is as perfect as it gets.
This place is everything and more that has been posted. Laura was an amazing hostess. The location is quiet and near everything in the area. As a gardener, the landscaping was beautiful, even though we were late in the season, I could tell it will be lovely when in bloom. We saw more birds on the dock than we did at the Cypress Wetlands in Port Royal. Everything was so comfortable and if you cook on your trips this is the best equipped kitchen I've been in. We didn't use the firepit since it was a bit windy, but it would be a great place to hang out. We were so blessed to have found and stayed here. I can tell there is a 4 season reason to stay here. We're hoping to come back sometime in the future.
