Update 06-2021 - New furnishings throughout

This home is perfect for anyone looking to visit to Boulder-Denver area. Boulder is just a 20 min drive down 36 and the house is located right off the highway yet far enough away that you do not hear the traffic. There is a grocery store less than a mile from the house as well as multiple restaurants. The flatiron mall is a short 5 min drive towards boulder and offers tons of options for shopping dinning and entertainment.

Downtown Denver is about 30 min to the South and the 1st bank center is only 5 minutes away and features lots of concerts and sporting events. The home itself has a wonderful back yard with patio space and a garden and the back gate opens up to a park with tons more space for dogs to run around and there is a playground for kids as well as a disc golf course.

Inside the main level of the house is covered with hardwood floors and includes 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled. The kitchen has all brand new appliances and the living room has a 55 inch flat screen TV. Wireless Internet and Cable TV service are both included. All the couches in the house were purchased 06-2021
Downstairs the finished basement includes a large family room with a 55 inch smart TV , air hockey table as well as a 2 private offices and a laundry room. Their is also a full bathroom in the basement as well. Their is a one car attached garage, the driveway has plenty of space for two cars. Street parking is also available for free.

Comfortable, well-located home
We stayed for 2 months (summer) in this comfortable home with great proximity to Boulder, Denver, and the Rocky Mountains. We particularly appreciated the two offices in the basement for teleworking, and the well-stocked kitchen supplies. It was just the right amount of space for our family of four.

Nice Home for a short vacation!
We felt like we were at our home. We made home cooked meals and the House was warm and cozy when it got cold. We loved the quiet neighborhood! Thank you for opening your home to us. We had a pleasant stay and we will surely will tell friends and family about your home.

House was in a great location and amply met our needs.
We were in Broomfield for a wedding and we had people arriving at different times. The bedrooms, bathrooms and hanging out areas were great for our needs. The kitchen was supplied with the things we needed. My one concern if I would have had small grand children staying was the laundry room where construction materials were and cleaning supplies that little ones could get into. Overall it was a great place to stay and quiet at night. In warmer weather the back yard would be great for hanging out. The fose table had a broken leg, but we put a strap on it while there so it could be played. If in the area again we would stay there again.

Great home, perfect for what we needed
Home was great, what we expected from the pictures. Nothing too fancy, but furniture was nice, beds were comfortable, and the kids loved the gameroom downstairs. Upstairs seems slightly smaller than we originally thought from the pictures, but still was good for the number of people we had. Kitchen was good for us cooking meals at the house. Had pans, spatuala’s, etc. Pet friendly was necessary for us, and having a fenced in backyard was perfect. Home was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. We will definitely use this house again whenever we’re needing to stay overnight near Westminster!

Enjoyed having a "home base" while we experienced the sights of CO!
Great home for our large extended family. The downstairs "kids" room worked for our family of 5. The little ones were a little scared to stay on the top bunk because it wiggled a bit. Only a few suggestions: having a step stool available for the little ones to reach the tall sink in the bathroom down stairs would be great. Also perhaps more hooks or towel bars to dry our bath towels? The bathroom down stairs didn't have a towel bar mounted, (perhaps they didn't have time to hang it back up as we saw it sitting on the window sill?), but with 6 people staying downstairs, that wouldn't have accommodated enough towels anyway. The cookware in the kitchen was a little worn (teflon coming off), but it was a well stocked kitchen overall. We really enjoyed our stay, and if our travels take us to CO, we will definitely book again.

Very Clean Spacious Home in a Convenient Area
This home is very clean and spacious with plenty of sleeping and living space. Well stocked with extra linens, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. You can walk or drive to stores and restaurants. The owner is very easily contacted and could not be more accommodating. I will not hesitate for a moment to rent this home again the next time we are in the Broomfield area.

Very family/dog friendly home. Perfect for our needs.
We enjoyed staying here with our family and dog. We were in town for our son’s wedding. This location was perfect for wedding as well as before/after activities. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The house was available for on time check in and was extremely clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes/pots/pans and utensils I needed to cook for our family. The fenced in backyard was nice. I highly recommend this house and owner.

Great floor plan...perfect for large families
The house was everything we needed it to be! A great floor plan for sending kids to play so parents could visit... backyard was so nice to have, especially proximity to playgrounds. So close to Denver and Boulder! Would stay here again for sure!
