Holiday home in Boat Harbour with kitchen and balcony
The contemporary architecturally designed complex is secured by an electric gate, it also has a beautiful communal infinity pool and heated spa just perfect to watch those amazing sunsets. There is direct walking access to the surf beach and park or a quick three-minute drive to One Mile Beach which is surf patrolled and has a kiosk. There are fantastic walking trails all around the area for those who like to explore the coastline and experience the flora and fauna of the National Park.

One Mile Ridge has stunning polished timber floors throughout, the townhouse offers three-bedrooms and two bathrooms all spread over three levels. The air conditioned open plan living area has glass sliding doors that open out onto the large balcony which offers an outdoor lounge area and gas BBQ cooking facilities. As this townhouse is located at the end of the driveway it is quiet and has a real calming feel with expansive views over the parklands and Boat Harbour.

The main bedroom is on the upper level and has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, private balcony with water views and ensuite with shower over bath, toilet and vanity. Bedrooms two and three are on the middle level, they both have ceiling fans and access to the deck so you can hear the relaxing sounds of the wildlife and waves crashing. The main bathroom is also on this level, it provides a shower over bath, vanity and toilet, fantastic European style laundry with washing machine and dryer is also provided on this level.

There is a large fully equipped, modern kitchen with Caesarstone bench tops, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge and gas cooking and to top it off a fantastic European style laundry with washing machine and dryer.

No use of hot coals or ash on balconies, please use the BBQ provided on balcony.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.

STRICT COMPLEX RULES - No boats, jet skis, trailers or pets allowed within the complex of One Mile Ridge.
- No music to be played in the pool area at any time
- No balcony use after 10.30pm

Dissappointing - did not live up to expectations
Cleaniness of this property and general upkeep was very poor. Even prior to a COVID world this is not kept at an acceptable level. The property had alot of personal effects and random junk left in cupboards in all bedrooms as well. Cook top and bbq were both in dangerous operating conditions. The one highlight was the pool and spa, and outlook from the balcony.

This house was very unpleasant. The worst experience of my life. It was unclean . The dishes smell very bad.We ended up cleaning the dishwasher as a result of the filter blocked and was about to throw up from the smell of all the food left overs in the filter. Second. The owner left all his clothes and personal equipment in the room storage. We ended up putting our clothe in our bag. There was no space for us. The owner placed all his family pictures their and all his clothes. I felt like he was living with us. No space for us to put our clothes in . The bed sheet was dirty from previous visit I saw dots of black dirt on the pillow case and dirt over the bed sheets. We ended up buying towels and bed sheets from the shops . I felt uncomfortable to sleep on the house sheets. They did not give us a garage . Apparently the manager hanged up in my face when I called and asked for car space garage and advice that I dont have the right to use it . It was locked. I was sooooo upset and disappointed. My advice is do not ever rent it . To be honest at last they took money bond for cleaning after because we left the dishes in the dishwasher machine. And when I called to see why they took this money from me I was advice that I need to clean the house and even leave the bedsheets uncleaned otherwise they take alot of money By the way this was the first time taking extra money from me for this. I never had this experience with other rentals.

great views a little out of town
This place had amazing views, great sunsets on the balcony. The pool looked amazing but weather was not great for swimming while we were there. Has 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Needed a few repairs (broken bedroom blind, laundry door) In windy weather there are lots of noises that keep you awake, but I guess that’s all part of a coastal location. There are no shops within walking difference and the drive way is very steep and narrow. We found a local Anna Bay Thai that delivers.

The house was very clean and well furnished. The highlight for us was the pool.
