I accidentally booked a room at this hotel and within minutes realized it was the wrong location. They refused to refund me for the room charge.

The beds were comfortable. The clerk wasn’t fully helpful at first. As the evening progressed, he warmed up. It was adequate for what we needed. It is a basic place for a night or two and I’d book again as it suited our needs.

Property is rundown and in need of TLC. Sheets were stained and room was not clean. Coffee pot still had someone else’s brew in it. Had a difficult time with the booking and ended up in an argument with a desk clerk over accommodation for pets. Toilet is broken and wouldn’t bath a pet let alone a person in the shower.

Booked this hotel specifically because the expedia listing stated it had queen size beds. We arrived and were given a room with double beds. When I brought it to the attention of the clerk working, she was incredibly rude. She started by trying to tell me they were queen size beds, finally gave up and said that's all they have. The way she spoke to a paying customer was incredible! Made the most of it as we had no choice. Went upstairs and my husband and I had to put the bed back on the bed frame as it wasn't on properly. Next morning, there was practically nothing for breakfast(we were there early). As we packed up the room, I checked around making sure we hadn't forgotten anything. There was a lighter and garbage under the beds. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The hallway doors to outside were not secured. The breakfast was unacceptable & insufficient. Breakfast was served 6 - 9 AM, the attendant would not make more coffee at 8:00 AM which was empty. I will never use Quality Inn & Suite’s.
