Dear Jose, Thanks for sharing your comment. Our hotel has heating and air conditioning. Due to the characteristics of our building, it does not allow the two modes to be combined and therefore in summer and spring we have cold air and in winter and autumn we have hot air. About the windows... and after complying with the decree for new and / or renovated tourist establishments for security reasons, they can only be opened in a tilt-and-turn way.
