The first day the sheets had a yellow stains in 2 places. The staff was trying to resolve the issue, but entire hotel only has one person working in the evenings. There was No housekeeping personnel to change sheets so we had to do it ourselves. The rooms do not have coffee or tea kettle. No sleepers or bath ropes as well. Breakfast is not bad, but exactly the same every single day. Will not recommended staying in this hotel.

4th time we have stayed at this hotel once again a lovley stay, only slight issue this time came at check out, only 1 person on the desk to check people out and in and store luggage it took 40 minutes to check out. Will come back.

Very good hotel
This is a modern hotel, very nice and the superior rooms are suites. The breakfast looked very good but we didn’t have it because of timing of other things we were doing. Recommend you stay here when in Bilbao. A nice walk along the river brings you to the guggenhiem and a short walk you are in old town.

Check in was a bit slow, had to wait 30 minutes as there was only one person at reception. Ac unit would turn off every 2h, so very uncomfortable to sleep
