Avoid, stay somewhere else. Too much noise, light coming through the windows at all hours, pay a bit extra and avoid this place: the whole area is ropey. Bilbao is amazing though.

AWESOME STAY
Loved every minute of my stay here. So convenient to shop, eat, tour, museums. Tgey have refrigerators and food storage. I was there for a week. The staff is awesome. Great place to stay

The bed was not very comfortable. The staff were nice, but no access to the washer/dryer, or any other products that they advertise "for sale".

Pleasant and cheap but care worn and very busy
Pleasant place to stay but very busy as is cheap. Location is a little out of the way but not so much that it matters. Is showing some wear and tear due to popularity and could do with employing a GOOD maintenance person for a week or 2 to fix things. Their Netflix works to a point but you can’t actually watch anything.. the movies/tv-shows don’t load properly??

Lovely staff
Location is a bit of a walk from everywhere but definitely still walkable. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bathrooms and kitchen were often not super clean but I feel that was more due to the people staying there rather than the cleaners at the hostel.

Thanks for your opinion. We are located around 10-15 minutes walking to famous places. Near the hostel just 3 minutes walk from the supermarket. For us cleaning is very important. We clean the bathrooms and common areas several times a day, and the rooms every day. Regards. Bossh! Hotels Team

Good location, service, nice and clean.
First time in Spain. I fall in love Bilbao nice food, sweet kind people. About this Hostel i very impression staff service. They are speak english very helpful free map and a lot information. Thank you staff in Bilbao Metropolitan Hostel by Bossh Hotels. The location it's great for people love to walk estimate around 10-15 mins walking to famous place. Near hostel just 3 mins walk to Super market. I will back Bilbao again and will stay the same hostel. Noted about the bed.... I prefer make from wood more steel because in the night i been stay when someone move body i hear so loud. Louder than 4 guys snoring lol. Need make more tight screw.

superb hostel
t is first stay in Bilbao Metropolitan Hostel but not the last if i will visit Bilbao again i will stay in it hotel is located 20 minutes from(station) Very good location and quiet room was super clean i did not see clean as this and comfortable in quiet area with private bathroom. hostel is so modern . there is a fridge and a kitchen to heat your food in microwave but there is no cooker to cook your food there is a machine to and get hot water for a drink there are 2 computers to use free of charge reception was Excellent. So friendly and helpful especially Mr Gino who welcomed to me and helped me a lot for find address . printing boarding bass .........etc there are restaurants .bars and shops smalls and hypermarkets as Lidl . Carrefour . Mercedona next to hostel to buy any things you need let me thank management for modern furniture and cleaning.....More

The door of the shower booth doesn't close well, so the floor of the bathroom gets wet after you use the shower. The room is just above the bus stop, so it is very noisy until late at night. The blind of the window was broken and it was very bright outside all night maybe because of the bus stop , so it didn't get dark in the room at night. You should bring your eyemask.

Recommended
Nice clean and comfortable. Only thing missing is a cooktop for cooking as they only have a microwave oven and a small electrical oven. No place to cook eggs or pasta for instance. Other than that, sofas in common area a blocked off due to covid measures so theres not much of a vibe or opportunity to meet others. But if you want somewhere clean comfortable and central then this place is for you.

キレイなホステル
スペインらしくスタッフがフレンドリー。 ただ夜に受け付けのソファーで勝手に入って眠っている人がいて怖かった。 ホームレスなのか何なのか？夜はスタッフがいないのかな？

Me gustó donde estaba situado para ver la feria taurina de Bilbao No me gustó la cantidad de mosquitos que tenian todo el dia por los habitaciomes y el servicio, tql y como estaba en este sitio no se podia estar

Recomendable salvo en verano
La cama y ducha son cómodas y fáciles de usar... aunque en verano hay bastantes mosquitos y el único matamosquitos es una raqueta (en vez de algo más pasivo). La taquilla la encuentro pequeña para dejar maleta + mochila + más. La cocina solo es microondas + grill + horno + café, con lo que no da mucho a juego para cocinar en el albergue. Considero que el lugar podría estar un poco más limpio. Buena ubicación.

Gracias por su comentario. La limpieza para nosotros es muy importante, la cual se realiza varias veces al día. Efectivamente, en la cocina disponemos de nevera y microondas, café y té gratis para nuestros huéspedes, no siendo posible una cocina completa por motivos de seguridad. Un saludo. Equipo Bossh! Hotels
