I've already told you the reasons I found it poor value. And see no point in telling you our experiences when we get no feedback from you or any indication of what you will do about it. By far the worst experience was finding our toilet full of someone else's body waste, smelling and very messy. Yes, someone came and thoroughly cleaned it. Our room was depressing dark and cold. Yes, they brought a heater, but the room was in nothing more than a basement. No view, the toilets badly stained even bleach would have cleaned one of them, the tap in the bathroom needed some maintenance as water spurted up from the joint when it was turned on and leaked continuously when turned off. And.....to be asked for 23 euros each extra to go into our room before 3pm was insulting, when the room had already been so called cleaned and serviced and the hotel only had a handful of guests. I was told this was hotel policy and it was written in their terms, but we booked with Expedia and we hadn't been notified of this policy. We will never book this hotel ever again. Now tell me what you intend yo do about my experience. J Aubrey

Its clean next to the airport rooms are ok comfotable little bit out dated. I had dinner there it was great,food ,the breakfast in morning was excellent full spread very value for money . I would recomend this hotel especially if you have a early flight

Nice hotel for pleasant business stay!
Nice reasonably priced hotel located on edge of town with good facilities, bar and restaurant that compensate for poor public transport and taxi services. Very clean, comfortable bedrooms and public areas with obliging English speaking staff that have an excellent attitude and guest approach. Will definitely stay when in Best again!

I could not hope to find better staff than those at this hotel. Eindhoven is just so friendly and helpfull. This hotel is a little tricky to find if your not driving and also no public transport from Eindhoven or Best after 9pm.

Hotel with all you need
This was our last hotel stay of a 3 week m/cycling tour down to the toe of Italy and the first hotel in Holland for us . The welcome was great, location easy to find, clean and well presented. We were well fed and slept in a comfortable bed. A very convenient site for our final run to the ferry.

Quiet hotel in Best which caters for coeliacs
We stayed a week in this hotel - it was comfy yet roomy. The staff let us know where the bus stops were - we don't drive. The breakfasts were very good and care was taken to ensure that the food was suitable for me; I am a coeliac. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and am already thinking about staying at a NH Hotel when I next visit the Netherlands. Nearby Eindhoven also has a gluten-free supermarket for extra supplies

Clean, luxurious, pool, SAUNA!
The pool and the sauna made the entire place feel like a resort. Incredible luxurious day before our flight out of Eindhoven. Would recommend to anyone!

The hotel is very nice if you're not on a business trip. It is very easy to get to the small town center by foot and the hotel restaurant serves a very fine dinner. But for a business stay I think the internet access is not state of the art. The advertised "free WiFi" is limited to 128kbit (most of the time less then that) and 100mb per night. Full internet costs a 10€ extra. There was also just one power outlet that coul not be used with my laptop. It was obviously intended for hovering the room, not for the guest convenience. Also the room had no air condition and it was impossible to completely open the window.

Night Stop
We were travelling to Hamburg and decided to take two days so arranged a night-stop at Best. It was fortunate because due to road incidents we 'lost' four hours, arriving at the Best after the restaurant had closed - but the staff arranged something for us. The room was clean and tidy - possibly a little on the small side - but comfortable. Reception kindly gave us a local map and marked a half-hour walk after a very nice breakfast before we resumed our journey.

As per the title really. Friendly and helpful staff and good public areas like the restaurant and bar, but the rooms are a little dated and basic - no aircon for example. Location is close to the airport and industrial areas but there really isnt anything else close by so you'd need a taxi to go anywhere. Good value if you are staying for business and want to be close to the industrial area.

Away from it all.
I found the hotel fixtures and fittings to be a little tired, although the beds were very comfortable, but this is the only negative thing I can say. The hotel was very very clean, very tidy, and felt a nice place to stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and knew their jobs well. The last word has to go to the breakfast, this really was superb, I do not think I could have thought of anything else to be made available, such was the spread. I will be back and found Best to be a nice place to stay.

No longer modern, but comfortable for those over on business and there for leisure. Furniture old fashioned, technology too, but breakfast excellent, although not included in the price and not that cheap either. I am told it's relatively cheap by comparison apparently.

Not quite in the city of Eindhoven, but so close you can be anywhere in Eindhoven in literally minutes by car. The hotel is has easy access to both main highways to Eindhoven: from Amsterdam (A2) and from Tilburg (A58). The rooms are simple and clean, front desk is very friendly, and the hotel bar has a small village atmosphere to it for a quiet evening nightcap if you like. If you want a quiet restful night at a competitive cost for the Eindhoven area then this is has to definitely be on your list to check out. Definitely going back again.
