"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and large. The breakfast buffet has lots of options with one or two staff members constantly replenishing the containers and responding to your requests. One morning while we were there they even made individual smoothies to order. It's a block from Five Points so there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you're in town to see the Civil Rights era museums -- all are about a mile or two away and there's free or cheap metered parking near them. "

"The only thing I didn’t like is the road to the hotel is blocked off, it took me 30 minutes to find it trying to take an alternate route. The lady at the front desk literally stayed on the phone with me and gave me directions. Customer service here is amazing. "
