Great, but no air, no windows. Stay here in winter
Here is why I gave it a middling review. There is no air conditioning and there are no windows. The only way to get any air is to leave your balcony door open. In our case we had a first floor room directly on a busy sidewalk. We were offered a fan, but it would not have done much good, just blowing around the stale air in the room. Otherwise, this was a great hotel, but I would only stay here in the winter.

Great place to stay for 2 weeks
The Waveboard is a great place to stay if you are in the area for more than a couple of days. The apartment style of the room was perfect for space and comfort. The team on reception we excellent at helping and really welcoming. Jamal was especially good and even allowed me to use his mobile number to rent a bike. Although the hotel is not in the center of the old city the selection of restaurants in the area was good and there were a couple of small bars I enjoyed. I am going back to Potsdam in 2 weeks and will definitely stay at the Waveboard again.

Staff were very helpful but as the reception is not manned after 8 pm., a late check in will be a bit of a problem. Nice place but we were on the ground floor and as there were no sheer curtains or tinted glass, there wasn't much privacy. We also had a group of young people sitting on the outdoor seating area of the apartment playing loud music and smoking while waiting to go tot eh theatre which is in the same area. Other than that, everything else about the apartment was good.

原来设计得很有档次
公寓设施原本很好，厨房还有洗碗机，但是洗衣机不给用，洗手间只有手纸，没有纸巾，厨房也没纸巾，不是很方便。暖气开关需要自己摸索。

Es war zu laut bei geöffnetem Fenster. Die erste Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag war Halloween Party nebenan in der Fabrik und in der Nacht von Sonntag auf Montag liefen dann morgens um 05:00 Uhr irgendwelche Aggregate, vermute mal vom Theater nebenan, an. Infolgedessen konnten wir nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern weiter schlafen. Im Sommer wohl eher unangenehm.

Das Appartement bietet einen traumhaften Blick über den See. Die Ausstattung ist modern und es fehlt an nichts. Das Parkhaus grenzt direkt an und kostet 14€ für 24h. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man Potsdam am besten kennenlernen, Fahrradverleih ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt.

Bettkomfort gut, aber etwas hart. Herausragend war das freundliche Rezeptionspersonal. Besuch fand während kühlerer Maitage statt. Somit hatten wir von der Ausgehszene keine Lärmemissionen. So konnten wir auch die traumhafte Aussicht sehr geniessen!

War alles bestens mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick. Das einzige was eventuell gut wäre, ein Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby oder auf den Etagen. Für alle die gerade ankommen bzw. morgens dann aufstehen wäre das Prima wenn ein Kaffee- oder Snackautomat da wären.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, auch der phantastische Blick auf den See. Das Hotel liegt abseits und doch irgendwie zentral. Somit zum Schlafen sehr ruhig und in 10 min Spaziergang ist man mitten im Zentrum.

Supertoller Aufenthalt. Ein besonderes Hotel. Super Lage mit tollem Ausblick auf den See. Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Restaurants in der Nähe mit tollem Essen.

Very well equipped apartment with lake view
Booked this apartment for a two-week stay in Potsdam-Berlin area and it's very suitable for that. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are quite spacious, well maintained, cleverly designed. Bathroom is spacious and features a rain shower. Kitchen offers what you need, including cooking options. Bedroom is quite small, but offers what it should. The bed is OK. The apartments are situated in a new building in an upcoming artsy neighborhood in Potsdam. Location is superb: lake view, close to public transport, fairly quiet surroundings - but mind that in summer, there can be noisy parties going on in the vicinity until late at night. One major point to bear in mind: ventilation possibilities are very limited, which means that temperatures in the apartment will go up with outside temperature, and there's not that much you can do about it. Another point: if traveling by car, you'll probably pay for a parking spot in the nearby garage. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, dass Apartment ist sehr modern eingerichtet und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten erreicht. Der Potsdam Hauptbahnhof ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, von dort aus kommt man mit weiteren 30 Minuten zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof.
