The room didn’t feel secure, and was open to a lane way next to a late night venue. Neither of the bed lamps worked, so it was either too dark or too light. It was like sleeping in a shopfront.

Very basic with out a reception , you enter with a pin to the outer door and room. outer areas are not that tidy. Room was clean and basic , no problems with that.

Room very small, tv broken, no batteries in remote control, skylight thru light, can’t sleep early AM. Shower water goes everywhere, no cupboard to hang clothes.

Room was very small and bed extremely firm, meant we did not have a restful stay. No flywire on windows meant we could not open these for fresh air, and the parking situation was tricky. However the location was walking distance to restaurants and attractions, and a room change was dealt with quickly when requested.

Not worth the money
Could not open the blinds at all as there was an alley where people could see into the room. The hot water in shower took 5 mins to heat and I was there for 4 nights and no one came to clean the room. No wardrobe to put luggage in. And very noisy at night. Never will I stay here again.

Horrible experience-sent confirmation email with PIN numbers numbers didn’t work and people already in one of our rooms impossible to get hold of telephone numbers supplied DO NOT WORK and shear luck another person- looking for her room had a number that we had not seen before. Avoid this property- not worth the grief

1 Mug, 1 kettle, 2 instant coffee and 1 sugar sachet and 2 small soap. Enough towels and mats with a bin.. No spare pillows or blankets. 2 coat hooks on main door. BUT clean and neat. ***Lovely Main Staircase and chandelier*** No reception and phone number on website does not work. SMS from site provided enough information to gain access and find alternative CAR PARKING as its a walk in only.

I didn't expect no staff and the PIN entry which was ok but could have been clearer in the website. I didn't travel with my full toiletries as I was in a hotel and expected shampoo at a minimum. The room was clean and serviceable and what was needed for short stay in Bendigo. If I was staying longer and the size of the room permitted, a small table would have been good.

I walked into my room and i was horrified it was disgustingly dirty marks on the bed stained bedding carpets not vacumed the TV was smashed walls had something spilt on them i walked out and booked a room else where

Best bargin accommodation I have stayed in.
Good value for money accommodation. Great location, quiet , in the middle if town. It's not the Ritz, but its comfortable, clean and easy.

An amazing building very centrally located. No hairdryer in room however all else provided. A little sad at the walk through to our room a bit untidy however the internal areas well appointed. Enjoyed our stay thanks

The noise from the beer garden? outside area! Was annoying as our room was beside it. Also shower needs to be re-positioned over drain better! Got rather flooded when showering!! Otherwise, we were happy with the accommodation ! Thanks

Room way too small. No where to put or hang clothes. No table or bench. No tea bags. Bed terrible, felt like sleeping on a bed base. Pillows were too light weight and cheap! Not enough blankets. Had to sleep with air con on or would have been to cold.

A small room with a double bed, fridge with tea and coffee facilities, a wall-mounted tv and bathroom facilities. Perfect for our needs as we had an overnight stay for a wedding. Right in the centre of town and a taxi rank outside.

The bed is broken or the mattress is so old it sags on one corner. There was only one bottom sheet straight on to the mattress, no mattress protector - I suddenly felt I was sharing with everyone else that slept in that bed!

It was a neat and clean room. Right in town which was good. Easy entry with pin number access when you wanted. I would recommend it to anyone who wants an affordable room for the night. Basic ammenities - but a lovely experience. Can open the window to hear all the birds in the morning!
