Comfortable and good value stay
Comfortable and good value stay 10-15 mins from town, easy to find. Restaurant was closed. So only breakfast available. More an upscale motel- but good value.

Property is old and rundown. The customer servixe was great bit I was disappointed after paying a fairbl bit for accommodation that thw room was so rundown and old

Position of property overlooking the bay is excellent. Due to impending renovations restaurant not open after 9.30am, no coffee, lunch or dinner

Easy check in, lumpy, uncomfortable bed. Frozen drinks in bar fridge, heater didn’t warm up room, had to hop into bed to stay warm, milk satchels in fridge were off....

pleasant hotel and nice room to stay in. i was disappointed with the lack of AFL on TV. Having Fox NRL in Geelong Victoria seems a strange choice when the AFL is the football followed.

Nice setting over the bay. Room very clean and amenities that suited us. Friendly reception staff. There was a slight rumbling noise during the night - seemed to be coming from an outside machine which came and went. Maybe need to get checked (Room 47)

Would have liked a microwave? I travel a lot and use a wheat pack. Apart from that minor concern the room was great, the bed was super comfy and finally a firm pillow, soft pillow and a cushion to choose from!!

Neat and clean
Nicely presented hotel, close to the waterfront but you need to drive for shopping for incidentals. Breakfast was not good value for the money. Ok for business clients but overpriced for travellers.

Comfortable stay in clean pleasant room, which was close to walks along the Esplanade. One complaint was that we found the carparking a bit difficult with narrow spaces which were difficult to navigate.
