The charming, 2-storey apartment consists of a living room/dining, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television and a washing machine. The apartment offers a private balcony and private open terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. An outdoor area, shared with the guests of the other apartments in the villa, includes a garden and a pool and is also available for your use. The closest bar is a 10-minute walk away (750 m) while a further selection of restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached by car in approximately 15 minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is just a 9-minute walk away (700 m). Furthermore, after 15 minutes driving (9.5 km) you will arrive at Bellagio beach.
Nearby is the lakeside promenade of the famous Bellagio Borgo, the Pearl of Lake Como, with its many characteristic alleys, elegant and colorful stores made in Italy and the many bars and restaurants that are distinguished by varied and interesting gastronomic proposals, in the name of the Italian culinary tradition. From Bellagio you can travel by water with boats, ferries, hydrofoils or rent speed boats or sailboats driven by an experienced captain, at prices agreed with the apartment.

Cycling in Civenna a Lagu di Como
We were two friends who wanted peace, quiet, natural beauty and cycling. One of us is an experienced cyclist; the other a novice. Bike it Bellagio delivered bikes to our place that were perfect for our ability levels and provided great support for a wide variety of rides. Our host, Marzia was lively, friendly and professional. She had many great suggestions for adventures and food. The local Pasticcerria was a daily highlight. Having a kitchen to cook was super. The view is far more spectacular than the website can convey. The pool was my daily highlight as well - beautiful, refreshing and private. Having a clothes washer is a bonus, especially after long rides. The small towns nearby were great to explore and we loved the ferries also. Most important for cyclists is the fact that drivers here are kind and respectful about sharing the road. No comparison to the US, where I would not be comfortable cycling on the roads. We could have stayed another five days and been in heaven. This home was tutto perfetto!! We hope to see Marzia again soon.
