I recently had the pleasure of staying at New World Beijing Hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from before arrival to Beijing to the end of the trip. Fisher Zhang, Chief Concierge and Lily – Front Office Staff were very helpful; helping me with our airport transfer and advising me how to go about booking for attraction tickets. Upon checking in, I was greeted by the friendly and efficient staff who made the process seamless and hassle-free. They were professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs and preferences were met. The level of customer service at this hotel is truly outstanding. The room itself was spacious, elegantly furnished and very clean. Overall, my experience at the New World Beijing Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's attention to detail, warm and attentive staff, made my stay truly memorable.

The current Hotels ratings are pretty spot-on. Nice, clean, and modern hotel. Good amenities. The staff are well-trained and friendly. They could be a little bit more attentive in making sure their guests have drinks and cleaning up empty plates when dining though. The food is also great, even their Western dishes are good

Great hotel
The hotel is new, stylish and modern. Rooms were spacious. Its just 5 mins walk from a lot of shopping malls. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Underground Metro is 10 mins walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Jerry especially was very supportive in providing all the required info and arrangements. He really went out of the way to ensure that our trip was comfortable. Major city sight seeing and shopping attractions are just 5 mins by taxi. Highly recommended.

Very classy hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room that was very spacious and great storage for bags and hanging clothes. About 10 mins from the closet train station, heaps of shopping and restaurants around.

Modern indulgence with classic service.
Service from when we arrived to when we left was amazing. The room was modern and well equipped with attention to detail and personalised touches. A special mention to the staff in the Residence Lounge for their service and professionalism. We felt truly looked after each time we went and highly recommend the option. Outstanding Service and Nice Suite.
It was a pleasant stay. Booked a suite with lounge access. The suite is spacious and well equipped. Front desk staffs were professional and friendly. Lounge is spacious as well. Staffs in lounge were super. Breakfast were great. Manager Sally and her co-workers were there taking great care of me every morning and cocktail hours. A big thumbs up to Sally, Oscar, Leona, Roshani, Hannah, Ray and Krystal. I'll definitely come back when I visit Beijing again.
Cocktail hours can get a bit noisy with business groups and families on weekends. I still managed to find a somewhat quiet corner to relax.

Overall the hotel is good in terms of style for location, interior design, service, amenities, especially the pool and jacuzzi, not too crowded. Excellent choice and reasonably priced for business hotel.

The only thing I would rate it for not so good is the cleaness，I can tell the floor was not vacuumed completely and bed sheet did not change ( we stayed 5 nights). But everything else were perfect!!

New World Beijing Hotel was a great selection. The hotel is modern with clean rooms and great amenities. The front desk staff and concierge were helpful and spoke English. The location of the hotel was walking distance to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. Their first floor restaurant had a satisfying breakfast buffet with lots of options.

Top hotel in a great location !
Great service and English is also spoken. We found the bed too hard and requested a bed topper which was attended to promptly. Room was clean and a good size. Very good location ie close to metro station and tourist attractions such as Tiananmen Square , Forbidden City,Temple Of Heaven etc. Concierge was also very helpful in calling cars similar to Uber service to move around town.

The staff at the counter were really helpful regarding our inquiries and the room is great. I tried to mail them before checking in asking if they could prepare something special for my fiancé because that trip is for his birthday but didn’t get a reply. So I was very much happy and surprised that on our first day, we received a free bottle of wine for his birthday (as a room service). So to the management, thank you so much, it was very much appreciated. In terms of the location, it is very ideal for city tour with nearby subway sta. Although we didn’t know that during our trip, it was also their national holiday so a lot of road blocks especially around the hotel’s surroundings. The breakfast buffet is i think an average one compared to other hotels we stayed. But overall it was a great experience.

The New Worlds is a striking and well-designed hotel in the heart of Beijing, close to Tianamen Square. Our room. was nicely appointed, quiet and comfortable. Owing to a late change of plans we chose to extend our stay there by two days and that was accommodated without any problems. However, many of the staff struggle with English and some of the hotel programs (e.g., access to the lounge for Happy Hour) weren't explained to us on check-in. Also, the restaurant focuses only on buffet which is popular, but a bit boring after a single night. There are many other nice restaurants in the area, but you'd only know about them if you can read and speak Chinese. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we'd certainly make another booking; but would ask more questions about services and options at check-in.
