"I chose Maxim Hotel because I went to Israel to volunteer. The staff creates a very warm, homelike environment for its guests. Breakfast has good selections although it does not change much from day to day. The management is very accomodating with special requests. Parking is limited, but free when available. Rooms have fridge and water kettles. Highly recommend for people coming to Tel Aviv with a mission like volunteering. Also it is right along the Mediterranean where you will see amazing sunsets."

"The hotel was super clean. I am allergic so that is important to me. The room was on the medium size side, but fully adequate and modern with modern decor. We had their breakfast every morning and it was worth every penny. It was delicious, had an incredible variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, israeli food, eggs, a bakery worth of different breads, dips, and in general an amazing buffet. Highly recommend."

"The hotel exceeded expectations for comfort and food service. It also provided free shuttle service to the airport. The only drawback, if one has to spend anything more than an overnight, is that there is absolutely nothing in the immediate area of interest. You would have to get transportation if you wanted to go further afield. However, we were aware of that and it suited our purpose. "

"The hotel is at a very good location, just one block from the beach, near restaurants, shops, services. Staff is amazing: very approachable, accommodating, friendly. A complimentary continental breakfast is available every morning. Rooms are spacious, clean. The small issues at the hotel (quality of the bed, pillows, and towels) do not interfere with our assessment. Very good option for a fair price."
