Hello
Thank you for taking the time to provide a review.
We have noted what you have said both in your review and separate note and will take them into account when deciding how to upgrade the room now we are coming out out of 8 months of closure due to Covid
Lovely clean accommodation very close to the RUH (which is why I chose it). I was lucky enough to have room 2 which is away from the road and so could have the windows wide open at night in the heat of Summer. Breakfast is nice rather than outstanding and is served in your room. Bath being Bath, the parking is problematic and although I did manage to find a space some nice person left me with a deep scratch to remember my stay by.
The property was very original. Has excellent decor. My room very clean and comfortable, all bedding and towels brilliant white. Plenty or tea coffee and sugar.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay
A delightful B&B located within 30-40 mins walk of the main city attractions. Close to lovely river walks & 2 riverside pubs serving great food. Regular bus service close by if required. The room I stayed in at Cranleigh (Superior King) was spacious & airy with wonderful countryside views. The hosts go to a lot of trouble to provide for your every need & the breakfast hamper is a real treat. They provide fresh filtered water to fill up your water bottle bottles & if you decide to eat in with a take-away there are plates & cutlery on hand for you to use. The hosts are always available for any help or advice but they do not intrude on your privacy. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Bath for another visit.

Well thought out procedures for C19 management reassured us for our first trip away since lockdown. Room was spotless, breakfast delivered promptly at the time we requested.
Only two small niggles - shower was weak and pillows rather thin even using the spares. We would stay again and recommend this B&B

They have thought of everything and it is spotless. Decorated in a period style in a spacious room and access to a Honesty Bar which offers chilled wine/beer/soft drinks and snacks. They operate a green policy and reward saving resources with a £3 voucher which can be used in the Honesty Bar. Very quiet and parking on the street is not a major problem.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am extremely pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and had a fabulous trip to Bath.
Delicious and plentiful breakfast, extremely comfortable bed. Easy check-in process. I would have appreciated a second bottle of milk as there wasn’t quite enough for the cereal and two cups of coffee from the cafetière. The toilet flush took a long time to fill - not sure whether it might need some attention. Very minor things and overall a fantastic stay.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Will pass your comment to the relevant people to these can be rectified. We are pleased this didn't affect your enjoyment during your stay at Cranleigh.
Sometimes the water in the toilet kept on running into the bowl after you flushed the toilet. But the room was big and very comfortable. Everything was made easy.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay here at Cranleigh, we really appreciate it
Great view, spacious room, nice big bed, modern bathroom, excellent breakfast, very clean. The only small point to be improved is the quality of TV signal - only part of the TV channels had good reception quality. Overall a very pleasant place to stay in.

Hi
Thank you for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay
Staying at Cranleigh was a very pleasant experience. The room was unexpectedly large with its own exclusive parking spot right outside the door. There was sufficient furniture however there were no electrical GPO's adjacent to the table to facilitate the use of a personal computer. The room was equipped with adequate supplies of milk and cereals for breakfast and beverages. The bathroom was roomy and well equipped. The bed and the sofa were both very comfortable. The television was large and easy to operate however, many commercial channels suffered broken transmissions during the evening. The antenna cable appeared to be poorly constructed or maintained. The addition of a tablet with interactive details of the hotel and of the town was a very good touch. Another win for this hotel was its proximity to bus stops on either side of the road.

Absolutely loved this hotel!
Lovely room over looking the garden. Spotlessly clean with every detail covered. As well as drink facilities in the room there is a complimentary coffee machine in the entrance as well as a water filter machine alongside the honesty bar.
We loved the hamper style breakfast. Sitting by our window eating breakfast was a real treat and the choice was amazing. I saw a negative review for this but to be honest it's what sold it to me. We loved the idea and it was so much nicer than we could have hoped. The staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting places to go etc. Highly recommend!
