Hi, 1- it was not the same apartments as shown in the pictures online. 2- and they didn’t mention in the description that it will be soo noisy on the weekend, there’s soo loud music and party just opposite of the flat, couldnt sleep till 3am.. Overall the flat was clean and nice

Flat was good, service was bad. No value for money
Not good for business stay for less than a month of stay. You need to carry your own toiletries and tea material on business trip. Compared rating and prices while booking and thought that it is costly and rating is good then it must have got good facilities but ut wasn't like that. No service beacuse of COVID 19, i can understand that but no reduction in price. No toiletries though mentioned on hotel.com. i had informed about that but no response. So understood that they were unwiling to provide that. Fan was not in working condition. 3 days of my stay were very warm.. felt suffocating. No branding of Urban abode, you might face difficulty in finding hotel. I suggest to go for some good hotels like premier inn where you will get value for money service.

The location was optimal for me, the price was right and the guy who owns or manages it was really nice. Other than that, lots of negatives and not many positives. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment building. You will need to track down the guy who owns/manages it. Bring a phone with UK service. The apartment itself was fine but I would not call it clean, and the balcony had enough pigeon droppings on it that it was unusable (heaping piles). The owner/manager pointed this out but did not seem to understand that this is generally the thing that someone is his position would have gotten taken care of before a paying guest arrived. Inside was not filthy, but it certainly was not clean either. The bathrooms were a little grubby with grime in back corners of shelves, etc. There were travel-size bottles of shampoo and shower gel and a wrapped bar of soap in one bathroom, but in the other the bar of soap was unwrapped and presumably previously-used. Paint was peeling in there too. The dishes in the kitchen all felt sticky/unclean, so I emptied the cabinets and ran a giant load through the dishwasher, after which they felt normal. Clearly nobody had thought to do that in between guests once in a while. There was a TV that was too small for the room in the living room, and no TV, radio or clock in either bedroom. The furniture was bargain-basement, with cheap, lumpy beds and a sofa and chair that would have been at home in a university dorm. Would not return or recommend.

Needs so TLC
The location is excellent right next to the station and shops and restaurants. The apparent is big and spacious with enough natural light. Unfortunately the apparent is dated, needs a lot of upkeep and there was lime scale in the kettle, utensils need a deep was before use and the over all dust levels were quite high. I think this can be a nice place just need a bit of TLC. Would also recommend air condition due to location.

Spotlessly clean. Ideal location for the train station and there's a Waitrose just across the road. Everything you need is there if you want to eat in rather than going out all the time.
