Fabulous Relaxing Country Escape
What a hidden gem! This expansive house had enough areas to give our group of 8 adults more than enough space whether inside or out. The picturesque and quiet location was just what we needed for a long weekend country escape. Closeby is the town of Gloucester with everything you could need. Also close are many walks in the Barrington NP. We visited in winter and loved the option of a fire inside and out. The beds were comfortable and it was great that linen was supplied. The well equipped kitchen made for a very comfortable stay. Owner Rose was very prompt in replying to any questions we had before and during our stay. The welcome touch of wines and chocolates was a lovely surprise. We can’t wait to return and would absolutely recommend this property to groups of friends or family.

Beautiful bush retreat
We stayed here with two families and there was plenty of room for everyone. This is a beautiful home, with comfortable beds and furniture. It is tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches for guests & everything you could need. We enjoyed the open fire at night and lazing on the desk in the sunshine during the day. The property is in a beautifully picturesque location and close to some great hikes. Would highly recommend.

A place to relax and enjoy the view.
This is a beautiful place to stay. There was only three of us staying here but we managed to enjoy the serenity, the inside and outside fires, the sounds of the country, no car noise. This would be a great place for a family get together. Enough space for everyone but BIG enough to have your privacy. We didn't want to leave. The weather was fantastic. Recommennd a drive upto the Barrington Tops National Park.
