This property is very noisy, we had a connecting room and could hear every single noise our neighbor made. Including her sneezing, coughing, cell phone pinging all night. We were on our honeymoon and did not feel comfortable with how thin the walls were. Not sure why they placed us in a connecting room when we advised we were on our honeymoon and looking for a quiet room. We even paid an additional $30 to check in early.

Great property. Staff was excellent, very helpful and kind. We did not take advantage of all of the amenities. Meeting rooms looked small but nice and well equipped. There is a small 24 hour gym on site. We had breakfast one morning during our stay which was not too bad but a little overpriced (like most hotels). Location was very good, situated on a main avenue right in between Montjuic and El Ravel. Very easy to take the funicular up to Montjuic, and only about a 10-15 minute walk to many sites including Las Ramblas, Palace Guell, Maritim Museum, and the Columbus Monument and waterfront. Extremely accessible for transportation. Right on a subway line and taxis stationed frequently in front of the property. Our room was fantastic. Fifth floor room with a balcony and wonderful view of the city, and two main rooms (one for my wife and I and one for our teenage son). Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very modern and the colour scheme, including slippers, towels, decor was most calming. The meal choices at the restaurant for dinner should be considered. Also, a TV cha nel to watch american and british sports should be considered

My girlfriend and I stayed for five day, we couldn't be happier with our whole expirience at Innside. The whole staff were wonderful, but specially the front desk staff. the Metro is right next to the hotel..and you can walk to La Rambla or Gothic Quarter if you like.. A pretty nice hotel very well located (Apolo) it is nearby to the main attractions such as the Rambla, Plaza Catalunya, Plaza España and many more. The subway station is 2 minutes from there and the are is very safe. If you pay for the breakfast you wont be disappointed It is worth it, the breakfast buffet offer a lot of options and they are very good.

The hotel is lovely,staff very friendly everything beautiful but there is this thing with doors which don't have soft closing feature built in and the door slamming starts early in the morning when first guests leave their rooms and finishes late at night when they come back.This was my only reproach which woke me up every morning & I felt quite annoyed.

Loved how close it was to the port area and La Rambla. There was a metro station just outside of you are wanting to travel further into the city. Great hotel, we would definitely stay there again.

I think everything was very nice the people very friendly and always wanted to help and giving the right information The only person that was rude was this morning 01/05/2024 at the breakfast Buffett he was preparing the eggs I forgot the name of omelet so I took a few minutes to told him I want and omelet he was so angry and rude nieve asked how many eggs do you wanted or what do you want in your omelet very disappoint some person make your start of the day down .
