The area Eixample is very nice and up market lots of restaurants and cafes so no need to include breakfast for your stay at hotels

I can’t fault anything about the hotel. Everyone was super helpful. We only stayed 4 nights but on our 2nd night the bartender already remembered our night cap. We had a couple of restaurants recommended and I was not disappointed. The bed was a little firm for me but perfect for hubby so that was just personal choice not a fault. We were in walking distance of La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter but far enough away for it not to be overcrowded with tourists. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back

A great location for sightseeing in Barcelona if you don’t like being in busy areas (e.g. the Ramblas). The reception staff were extremely helpful, checking us in early and ensuring that we had a quiet room with twin beds. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with fried and scrambled eggs cooked to perfection, along with continental options if you prefer. We didn’t use any of the other hotel facilities. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff kept them very clean throughout our stay.

We are really sorry to read you did not find our location in center town convenient for you, and our lobby not comfortable enough.Please note our lobby won a price for the unique design of the glass atrium that presides the middle of the hall were is located the bar. Ours was the very first in Barcelona of this kind of structure combining glass atriums inside the Hotel.Our location, just few steps to Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Cataluña and metro stations is usually very well rated by our guests.

I lost my credit card 2nd day of vacation It fell out of my pocket when I was grabbing for my phone The hotel staff found it (it fell out near lobby) They called me right away and returned it to my room It’s a classy place will recommend to friend family

I give 3.5 out of 5
Location at city centre. A short bus trip takes you to the Gracia street. One or two blocks away from the nearest metro station. The room was spacious but can have some improvement on the configuration, for example there can be at least one power socket at the terrance, or maybe a light? Definitely will give more comfort to the customers. The aircon was bad. The highest temp was 23.5 but I felt cold. The service team worked good, though. There was no electric kettle in the room. Once I informed we need hot water they passed me one.

The Hotel is located in the city center. We loved that this place is so close to restaurants, shopping center, and sightseeing places. We would walk all the way to Gothic quarters (20 minutes) Sagrada de Familia (30 minutes) & Gaudi’s houses (20 minutes). We truly enjoyed the proximity of this hotel. The holiday season made is pleasant to walk because of the cool weather & the lights that entertains you. The cleanliness is 5! Everyday, the staff cleans the room & changes your linens except if you put the “do not disturb” tag outside your door. The bathroom is big & have two toilet seats. One for regular & 1 for bidet. We stayed in 2nd floor for a family of 3! The STAFF is GREAT & super HELPFUL! They arrange our taxis transportation, our restaurant reservations & sooo pleasant & polite. We would like to commend ALL THE FRONT DESK STAFF. Both days & nightshifts. We could not thank them enough! Whoever worked on December 22-30th please special mention them. I remembered 2 names but it would be unfair if I’ll miss the others! I will definitely come back and stay in this place!

Nice location. Was a bit disappointed by the lack of ability to turn up the heat on the thermostat and also the fact that the shower didn’t have a door so water would get everywhere on the floor in the bathroom

Staff were friendly & quite helpful with directions, etc. Fairly close to walk to various memorial sites, but not too many options for dining close by. Rooftop bar with pretty amazing views. Swim pool and there were people swimming, but a bit cold outside. Rooms clean and cleaners were incredibly helpful.

I liked the property, especially the room and the roof top area which had an amazing view of Barcelona. What I did not like was one of the staff members was very unfriendly about us asking for more water. They had a free pitcher with water and when we asked for a refill he advised us that we are not to use that water to refill our water bottles. With a hotel at that price, you would think that free water is a courtesy. Very disappointing! The front desk staff was nice but made a mistake when charging my card by charging only the tax and then called my room to ask me to come back downstairs to get the room charged on my card. Of course, anyone can make a mistake and it wasn't a big deal. However, they should have made it at my convenience to correct the charge not asking me to come back downstairs right there and then. So, my 'complaints' are minor. Overall a good hotel to stay in. And their breakfast buffet is worth the prize. It was amazing!!

Central, convenient and clean
Very friendly front desk staff and accommodating for my temporary injury. The rooftop bar and staff were also very enjoyable. Impeccable room. The dark carpet on corridors shows all dust specks but no fault of housekeeping.

3* room (at best) in a 4* hotel This was supposed to be a treat for me and my teenage children, but instead it was a let down. I booked a comfort room with three beds and expected walk into it and say “how marvellous!”. Instead, we were all dismayed. The lobby promises so much, but our room on the 4th floor was poor: Sparse, characterless room. No artwork, no menu, no information or welcome material of any sort. We didn’t find the minibar until the second day. (Told to download QR code for more info.) Complimentary tea offering – there are community centres in Rotherham who would baulk at presenting this to visitors. Dodgy looking kettle, a few teabags on a tray and some water bottles all sat on a horrible small table. Barely any natural light. (You can’t go out on to the balcony because the window only opens 10cm for health and safety reasons.) Low-res, low-quality TV. My son’s bed was a glorified truckle bed with dusty wheels just behind the pillow (no headboard) which is not what I expected. I don’t think the photos provided on Expedia make this clear. The bathroom door was made of glass with no closing mechanism. Odd array of comp products. There are many more negatives, but there were some positives I should acknowledge! It's clean, breakfast was very good, comfortable mattresses, more than pleasant roof top bar, Gabi and Jose at reception were helpful. Still, not worth the money. I feel at least €500 out of pocket. Wish I'd booked somewhere else instead.

4 star hotel, $500 euros a night for the most basic room and we can’t even get free water bottles?! Absolutely ridiculous. The AC would not get cool at night, this hotel is overpriced. I would never recommend anyone stay here, never again. Plenty of other options in this area that I regret not doing more research on.

My sister and I both booked a Habitacion Atrium room. The room was as advertised, spacious, and clean. Mine even had a terrace with a table and two chairs as it was on the 1st floor. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, dining options, and other areas such as Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, and Passeig de Gràcia (the street with 2 of the Gaudi houses) if you don’t mind walking 15-20 mins. The rooftop bar has a cool ambiance at night. We were lucky to be there for a full moon. The staff were helpful in providing information about excursions and transportation. We mostly walked or hopped in a cab. The breakfast had a decent variety but the pancakes and other hot food were plated and mostly cold as no food warmers were used.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and friendly staff. The “extra” bed was pretty flimsy, but overall comfortable.
