Lovely stay. The hotel is modern with great facilities. Pool is a lifesaver on hot days. Staff especially friendly and helpful which really made our stay better.

The hotel is perfectly placed for a fantastic stay in Barcelona. Situated in El Born and directly opposite the park it is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel provided the comfort and amenities we required, including a roof top bar and small pool, which was excellent. The hotel staff were great, very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and very welcoming. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

We loved the hotels location which is right on the hop on hop off bus route, and walking distance to several great restaurants. The staff was always friendly and approachable. We also spent every afternoon at the roof top pool and bar enjoying drinks tapas and the pool.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were all friendly and professional. Always happy to help. Hotel was lovely. Roof top pool, though small was big enough, never crowded and a really relaxing area. Rooms were great, comfortable and clean. Area around the hotel was the best we found during our stay. Lots of excellent places to eat and relaxed atmosphere.

Positive: Location, staff were helpful and friendly, particularly Hector, nice pool, quality of food, relaxed/chilled atmosphere (ideal for couples and older families), regularly and thoroughly cleaned. Comfortable beds. Improvement: A Wider range of food options would have been ideal for a longer stay, rooms need updating, minor issue with aircon (even after initial discussion) Overall, a great stay with a teenager who wanted to relax.

The hotel staff were excellent. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Gave us lots of recommendations on dinner options and helped me print tour tickets. The breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. Hotel is in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. There is a nice park across the street and one of the stops of the city hop on/off bus is right outside the hotel entrance. We had a lovely time in Barcelona. Hope to be back soon!

I believe one of the front counter Guys name is Marco, he has curly hair and wears it up on a bun. He was sooooo helpful and always cheerful and willing to help. He needs a raise! All the staff were wonderful but that guy was exceptional. He helped me find things to do and helped me book them he gave me lots of advice and information and then when I was back he’d always ask how it was. The hotel is very nice and clean the breakfast is yummy and super convenient to everything! The hotel will also book you a taxi if you need one. The stay here made it very easy to get around. It’s only a very short 3 min walk to the train station it’s overall a fantastic hotel

I have stayed in plenty of five star hotels and this one was not less. My room was big and I liked the natural light in the room. I certainly recommend the hotel to others and if I return to Barcelona, this hotel is certainly my first choice to stay in. The positive attitude of the staff made my trip more pleasurable.

Staff very helpful. Comfortable place to spend a few days in Barcelona. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars.
