We felt totally immersed in a holiday during our 5 days staying in the hotel. Service was excellent and the hotel staffs were very friendly and addressed problems promptly. My only suggestion is the pillow options can be better. It is either too soft or too tall. my neck was in pain although I requested an additional one .

Excellent hotel - truely a 5 star one. The property is very well maintained, the pool is amazing and the location is as cebtral as it gets in Bangkok. The reception, housekeeping and the pool team are all efficient and amazing. The balcony rooms are definitely worth it - an private oasis overlooking the pool. The complimentary minibar and room amenities are on point - extra points for provding hand santizers and loofah! Would appreciate if the hotel moved to things like glass, refillable water bottles to reduce plastic waste.

I found the hotel to be extremely convenient as it is located next to a subway station. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a food court made dining options easily accessible. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. However, it is worth mentioning that the price was quite expensive.

My family and I stayed at Siam Kempinski Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our room was excellent and we even got an upgrade, it was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is very kids and baby-friendly, with lots of amenities and activities that kept our little ones entertained. The staff was super nice and accommodating, they made us feel welcome and were always available to assist with anything we needed. The food was delicious and we were impressed by the variety of options available. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near great shopping areas and attractions. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Siam Kempinski Hotel and would love to go again in the future. Highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and enjoyable experience!

Best of the best. It is truly 5 stars . It provides guests all . Walkable to the mall, MRT, BTS. Elephant Sightseeing tour bus. Especially it’s mini bar with all drinks changes daily ( 2 beers 2 cokes 2 sprites and a lot of drinking water), fruits , snacks Finally the bed is very comfortable.
