Wonderful stay, but Wi-Fi was terrible…
Single male stayed for two nights in a deluxe room. Room was spacious (huge), clean and comfortable with everything I needed, plus the bed was comfortable and I slept well every night. The staff were great and I would happily live here long term! Only negative was the Wi-Fi signal which was very unreliable and I really needed a reliable service for my work situation. There is a convenient shortcut to Soi Sukhumvit 4 and you are a short walk from Benchakitti Park which is worth a visit. There is plenty of nightlife all along Soi Sukhumvit 4, including the famous Nana Plaza. Plenty of shopping malls are nearby as is Soi Cowboy: all within a reasonable walking distance (unless you are lazy). Do yourself a favour and visit Green Room music bar in Soi Sukhumvit 7: Bangkok's best Rock, Rhythm & Blues Bar In the heart of Sukhumvit (no lady drinks!)

i would stay again
what to say a fun area to stay in - if you want some interesting night life the hotel is like most hot climate hotels of this price , they have a sort of damp smell when you enter the room -that like disappears instantly . its the hight of the rainy season - everything is wet , but im working so not choice when i go so there is a Kitching but on pans ! the microwave works and there's a washing machine kettle toaster etc. for the price to what you are used to in Europe its great,

Hotel with a brilliant rooftop pool
Right in the heart of Bangkok. There room was nice and spacious. The rooftop pool was great. A mere 5-10minute walk from Sukhumvit Road.

The room on the 4th floor was decent. It was a little old but functional. The sheets smelled good and there was a microwave and induction stove. However, there were 2 major problems. 1. The hot water in the shower was so erratic. 1 min I’m showering in a nice warm stream and the next minute it’s ICE COLD. I needed to wait 3-4 mins for the hot water to come back on. Then the cycle continues. 2. We came back pretty late at night about 2am and there was a COCKROACH in the room that came out from under the fridge/sink area. We killed it but idk how many more are under there. I usually leave my suitcase open at night and i was fretting. Who knows if it would crawl out in the middle of the night while we were asleep and made house in my luggage. I called the reception to ask for a change of room. Told them of the situation and said any other room is fine even if it’s a downgrade. Their first instinct wasn't even to apologise for the inconvenience. Rather avoiding the trouble of helping me change a room was top priority. Lied and said there’s no other available rooms etc but after going back and forth, (and a lot of Thai speaking in the background) they magically pulled out a room from somewhere. The room on the 5th floor was newer with freshly painted walls judging from the smell. TLDR; I won’t be coming back here.

SKIP’s BKK LOHAS Feb 2020 stay
I have stayed at LOHAS on several different trips to Bangkok. It is in a location I like and the staff is always courteous and helpful. I judge most everything by the value I receive. I consider LOHAS to be a very good value, and will stay there again in the future

Another awesome experience with Lohas Residents!!
Traveling from the USA to Thailand, this is my 3rd time back to Lohas. The staff is always kind, courteous, fast, efficient and always helpful. The property is situated in a quiet corner just a 2 minute walk away from all the craziness of nana!! Highly recommend this Spot!! Looking forward to my next trip back!!!

This is an apartment style place that you could easily stay for months. Ideal location, so you can exit onto soi 2 or 4. We ended up staying here because we wanted to stay in Bangkok a few extra days, but the first hotel we stayed in wasn’t available for extra nights. I wish we had just stayed at Lohas. Great pool, nice rooms, comfy bed. We didn’t use the restaurant, but it looked nice too.
