Friendly helpful staff. Pool is lovely , convenient location. Rooms were simple , clean . Lots of wear and tear shown on property. Only con was the noise . All of the docking for the motorized longboats are at the foot of the property so you hear the loud engines non stop and noisy bar across the street. It’s just a short walk up the beach to get to a quieter beach location . But the convenience of the location and the price point outweigh the cons. Great experience . Recommend this property .

Amazing!
This was a fabulous hotel. Especially the value for the cost. Polite and so friendly staff. We stayed for four days. It’s in a great neighbourhood as well.

Property adequate. Rooms kept super clean but overall felt a bit dated. Staff were all lovely. The pool was nice but not really offering any great city views. I didn't like my room view, shoved down a side wing with views 2 metres away of the next corridor and air con machines. Had to keep the curtains closed the whole time for privacy. I feel everyone was trying their best but felt like it had seen better days. Sorry.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location close to shops and other amenities. Breakfast had a variety of items to choose from. Great walking distance for where I needed to go. Bed was not so friendly, too hard for my liking

Loved our stay! Close to lots of little restaurants and bars. Easy walking to busier areas. This is my 3rd time staying in this area of Bangkok, and its perfect. The hotel was lovely, the rooftop pool amazing, and the staff always helpful and welcoming. Will stay again!

Very convenient to local restaurants, khao san road, banks and 7-11. Will certainly stay again. Restaurant was closed a lot, and onsite spa never open, but rooftop pool area was very nice.

Great value for money with fantastic standards
Fantastic value for money. Super accommodating staff. Great bedroom with jacuzzi bath. Good swimming pool. Perfect area to eat out and grab a tuk tuk or cab. We stayed there on arrival and decided to go back on our return.

Very central great vibe in the surrounding streets. Staff lovely hotel spotless. The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to chill watch the sun rise. The staff at the bar so friendly. Their playlist was fantastic

the pool and pool bar was great. Good music, great spot to catch a tan or just relax in the shade. You can order drinks and food as well up there. Room was nice, the jacuzzi was great after a long day of walking around.

The property was located just off of the main road which led to Khao-San road, about a 5-10 minute walk from location. The pool on the roof was good and caught the sun well if you wanted to sunbathe.

Roaches!! I'm completely disgusted and dissatisfied with this highly rated hotel. We choose Chillax hotel for our honeymoon; the reviews were great and the pictures were beautiful. Waiting to check in, we left our luggage with the front desk and walked around the city to pass the time. After receiving our room, we took a long nap. Once we woke up, we went out for food. We came back to our room and there was what looked like a ROACH crawling on my bath towel! We thought, maybe it was just a water bug; we had not eaten or drink anything but water in our room. We went to bed for the night and the next day, we saw not 1, but 2 additional ROACHES! Now we were sure these were roaches and not water bugs. We took pictures and videos of them before we killed the one that we could. We immediately packed up our luggage and proceeded to alert the front desk. One receptionst was very concerned (the young man). The lady, on the other hand, was rude. She said, it's Thailand. Housekeeping sprayed the room with bug spray. We left back out disgusted with the room and hoped housekeeping would resolved the issue. Hours later, we return to the room and ANOTHER ROACH scurries in a coffee mug. I took another video while my husband went to the front desk. We were frustrated and ready to leave the property. While checking out, the young man asked what he could do to rectify the situation. We asked if they would comp the massages we received earlier and they refused with no other suggestions.

The location was good, the availability of the pool was great. The breakfast was very well priced—250 baht, or about $7. The beds are comfortable, there is room service, laundry service is reasonably priced, and smoking is allowed on the balcony. The bar service at the pool could have been better, annoying that they didn’t come to you. Also no iron was available to n my room. Besides those bits I’m looking forward to staying here again.
