We’ve stayed here year after year for surgery my wife has done. It’s usually a great and comfortable stay. This time beds were horrible. Staff was kind enough to move us but same thing. Like the springs were broken on the beds. Apparently the wheel chair we used to borrow was stolen and the $100 chair hasn’t been replaced for future use. A simple pen is no longer available in the room. Can’t say it was the worst but in 1 year this property has gone way down. We really like this place. We hope it comes back around to the place we’re used to visiting.
