The sitting room has a magnificent window fitted with double pull down blinds providing all the privacy you require while not obstructing the view out. Lake Apartment has a small private courtyard area with BBQ and undercover parking for a small car.

Visit the Ballarat Tramway Museum near the Botanical Gardens and of course not to be missed is the Botanical Gardens dating back to trees planted in 1863.
