We enjoyed our stay in Ballarat. The motor inn was handy to everything. Good on and off street parking. Rooms were basic but clean. Came with breakfast included so good value. Pity the Irish Pub next door was closed! Would stay again.

The electronic key was unreliable. The unit had limited bench space in the bathroom on which to place our toiletries. The car parking was tight. The restaurant was good.

Everything you could need and a bit more. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Really pleased with the little bonuses like fluffy towels, great water pressure and quality of brekky (fresh baked bread and real butter). Where other places have cut corners, this motel has maintained a great quality. Would be more than happy to stay here again next time we’re in Ballarat and have already recommended to others.

Beautifully refurbished, super comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet room well located to dining and shopping options. Easy check in/check out - staff were friendly, helpful and suggested a great dining out option. My boys loved the heated indoor pool. Would definitely stay here again!
