The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and bright. It was spotlessly clean.

Best Western is a reliable chain. The only slight problem was that there was a locked door separating our room from the room next door, and you could hear everything. Fortunately, our neighbours were quiet people who went to bed at a reasonable hour,

The accommodation was lovely. My room was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable, in-room facilities were good. The noise from the room next door on the second night was annoying. They had a screaming child and whilst there was an adjoining door, the sound proofing was not evident. I was there for an assessment and education weekend and the sleep deprivation was annoying. Other than that, it was great.

Booked a non smoking room, which smelt of smoke. Paid for jetted bath, sign on th wall out of order. Toilet kept running and didnt flush properly.

Friendly manager with an easy check in procedure which aloud us to take a key early and check in when we were ready. Lovely bathroom. Room was a great size.

Check in was straight forward, no overly friendly. Checked in rooms seemed nice and clean. Spa was way too deep for me and water was only warm, so showering wasn’t enjoyable. Other than that was an okay stay. Probably won’t choose this hotel though.

Heating was excellent, bathroom was renovated with two basins and a very large rain shower, good quality fluffy towels, sink in a cupboard with plenty of tea and coffee and bikkies ! Big TV….great stay. Overall stay could be improved with Netflix provided.

Great location being across the road from sovereign hill and a short walk to restaurants and pubs. Accomodation was clean and well presented. Only two small things wrong was a blowen light bulb (wich didn't matter there was six of them and the ac remote batteries were low) let staff know on check out and they were immediately on to fixing it. Great stay, cant complain. Thanks guys.

The only downfall was the parking at the Motel was very tight. very difficult to park a large vehicle.

Bed bugs!! Soon as I lay down I could feel them crawling all over me. I would suggest they deep clean those beds, it’s was disgusting. Place was clean apart from that, just the bed!

Check-in was quick and easy. The man at the desk was friendly and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room (no. 2). It looks like they've recently done renovations and it was beautifully done. Had a little kitchenette and, unexpectedly, a spa bath! The only downside is that it was a connecting room and we could easily hear the people and TV in the next room through the door. Having said that though, we would happily stay again!
