Eco Villa Valencano is a really special vacation home with pool located between the towns of Bale and Barbariga.

The special feature of Eco Villa Valencano is the location in an olive grove, where the owners produce extra virgin organic olive oil. Vacation - surrounded by olive trees - a quiet retreat in the hinterland of the Adriatic Sea, but only a few kilometers from the sea. If you are looking for such a place far from the hustle, traffic and noise, you will find it in Valencano. A non-asphalted road of 2.5 km leads to the house. Because of the remote location of Eco Villa Valencano, there are two dogs on the fenced southern part of the plantation to protect the area.

A self-sufficient supply with solar power and battery (the emergency generator is only used in real emergencies or very long periods of bad weather),hot water and heat from own resources, organic olive cultivation and a wild nature in the immediate vicinity with typical local macchia makes the Villa Valencano a real eco-villa. Of course, our waste disposal system has waste separation and is connected to the public waste disposal system.

The following outdoor facilities are available to guests on the large property: A lounge seating area in front of the big house, a table with two benches and umbrella in front of the small house, an outdoor pool with 6 sun loungers, a hammock and outdoor shower, a wood-fired sauna, a summer kitchen with barbecue, covered terrace and table for 10 people, a second summer kitchen at the small house, a relaxation area with two swing sun loungers, table tennis table, table soccer, billiards, darts, basketball/volleyball/feather ball court, bocce court and swing.

The accommodation part consists of two separate houses.
In a larger house of about 100 m2 on two floors, on the first floor there is an air-conditioned living room with kitchen, dining table and a fireplace corner with sofa, a double room with private shower / toilet and a separate toilet; on the upper floor there are two air-conditioned double rooms, each with private shower / toilet, one room has a large armchair that can be folded out into a sleeping possibility. Between the two rooms on the upper floor is a small reading corner. A baby bed can be provided.
In the second house of about 30 m2 there is an air-conditioned apartment with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as a small kitchen and a shower / toilet.
The ratings refer to Eco Villa Valencano before the change of ownership. A lot of renovations have been made, which should lead to an improved overall impression. The unpaved road also contributes in some respects to the tranquility and seclusion of Eco Villa Valencano. The owner has no influence on the condition of the public driveway.
