Townhouse close to the beach.
Great townhouse close to the beach and the SLSC. Steep driveway but we just parked down on the street and walked up. Quiet location Good for a family.

Great Location!!
Lovely modern unit in a fantastic location, a quick 3 minute walk to the beach which we loved! The unit was beautifully decorated and well appointed. The driveway is very long and steep so you need to be comfortable with navigating that, wasn't a problem for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there, would definitely stay again!

Communication with host was poor. Property has a smell upstairs. Second bedroom bunks squeaked every time the kids moved, keeping the entire family awake at night. Great location. Will not rebook.

Great location but not practical
This property is in a great location with incredible views from behind the house looking over the ocean. However the driveway to the property is extremely steep (approx 100m) and not suitable for young families, plus it has 3 levels so plenty of stairs and with a 1 year old it was difficult to manage. The property was very clean and tidy, and there was a generous amount of inclusions in the kitchen which was much appreciated. The photos in the listing make it look very modern but it would be minimum 30 years old, hence why there is no photos of the front of the unit. Overall I would recommend this place to a young couple looking for a place in Avoca Beach close to the beach.

Relax, surf and swim
Great property to relax, swim, stroll and enjoy a quiet break. Once you get over the initial shock of the steep driveway and stairs, the property oozes homeliness charm. With everything you need including some beautiful inside plants, fully equipped kitchen and a comfy king size bed and double/single bunk for the kids.
