Staff and restaurants very good. TV choice and movies excellent . It would be great if there could be decaffeinated coffee and decaf black tea bags in rooms and restaurant. Some breakfast cutlery tea spoons very difficult to locate as a long way from other cutlery. Really helpful if there could be more than one location for trim milk as a very long way from other end of restaurant. Initial booking would have been direct with you rather than third part site if member of staff had been anything but helpful. Only on another call did I get helpful staff member who advised about unlocked site. (Too late for this booking). My wife is a Sapphire member and we could have got lots of extra points for the stay. Will be aware for future but a real pity.

Central location very convenient. Beautiful facility with easy access to casino, restaurants and local attractions. Absolutely stunning Skytower. Clean, comfortable peaceful rooms. Friendly, helpful staff.

Can’t fault it at all. Absolutely loved our stay and staff were very approachable and kind! Only issue we had was we couldn’t get chrome cast to work to watch anything but that’s no biggy!

The hotel is overall in a good condition and at a convenient location. While the waiting time for talking to the hotel front desk staff was quite long and I could still hear outside noise at night.

Nice clean room. They didn’t replenish the milk for the coffee so I had to wander around for 5 minutes to find a room cleaner that had some, but aside from that it was just fine.

So much to do. The casino was a big hit with my son. I loved that Queens St shopping and lots of eats are right around the corner within a very short walking distance. Dinner at Orbit was fabulous!

The Fortuna buffet had vegan options for breakfast which were great!! Kudos to the chef! Loved the robot serving food @ Andy’s burgers. WiFi could be bit sporadic.

Pro: close to bus,shopping, ferry, and rooms good size, clean, eating options there are a million. con: have to watch the charges on bill, and you get a discount if you do sky tower when staying there but only one person knows about it . Staff worked it out on bill charges and other concerns. I had provided review the staff does not tell you where elevators are, options for restaurants, casino, skytower, etc. They did address and left a nice note in my room and fruit.

Property was clean. There was an unexpected $200 security deposit on arrival at the hotel which was not advertised, so our $300 room became $500. This was returned at the end of our stay. Parking on site was handy but the fee should be included in your stay. Overall it was an average stay but I would most likely not stay there again.
