Beautifully decorated, clean and perfect location near campus mid-week
Loved the decor and cleanliness and layout of this property. So very comfortable. We stayed Sunday thru mid-week so did not have any interaction or issues with the bar life near by so did not experience any noise issues. Location was great for family looking to tour Auburn since all was in walking distance and great way to prospective students to get a feel for downtown. Many restaurants and shops near by. NOTE: only accessible by stairs so must be able to carry suitcases up two short flights of stairs. Not issue for us but could see it as issue for older guests or anyone with injury or disability. Loved our stay here, Would absolutely rent again.

Great place!
The condo was really cute and immaculately clean. The location is prime if you want to be right in town by the restaurants, shops and bars. It is basically right over one of the clubs and as stated before and the music is loud and did go on until 2am. We were there to see the kids though, so we were so happy with the beautiful place and great location that we were ok with the late night noise.

Condo was very clean, comfortable bed, quality linens and furniture. Love the decor and old building details. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Bar was steady background noise late at night but didn't bother us. Never needed the provided sound machines. Host communicated well and instructions/expectations were clear.

Fantastic condo in great location!
We had a wonderful stay in this updated condo during Mardi Gras weekend. The location couldn't have been better, nestled between Skybar and Southeastern, and was walking distance to everything. Our Auburn kiddos and their friends loved the "penthouse"! Yes, there is some noise, but the thoughtful inclusion of big box fans in the bedrooms made it manageable. We loved the 8-person high top table, built-in bar, and the patio area. We did a little cooking and felt the kitchen and cleaning supplies were well stocked (but I was in need of a sponge, believe it or not). Not a big deal though. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets were impressively spacious. Despite a few minor issues, the property manager was incredibly responsive and quickly addressed our concerns. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay added an extra layer of comfort to our experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend it and will rent here again.

And I would like to say again when we checked out today I noticed there was a lot of trash on the front deck. But the music was so loud from the bar next-door that we did not realize that people were on the private deck, or even next to the house. My son and I were asleep. Or trying to sleep. But someone had broken into the private property deck and apparently had a party. That was not me or my son or his friends. If I had known, I would’ve said something and gone out there and kick them out. But I did clean it up. I’m as upset as the owner is . …..

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean, had a great location and described perfectly. I sleep with noise canceling headphones at home and you will definitely need them here. It was quiet some nights and bumping other nights. Don’t stay if noise/loud music bothers you! We’re all adult night owls so it was completely fine with us but the reviews and description is correct. I’m sure in the warm weather it’s a blast to sit outside and people watch. We will absolutely be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
