It was over priced and it was a two hour wait to check in, only to be told a different price when you arrive there, and this was at 3:00 a.m., it was a terrible night. We didn't stay, we went to sleep in our car.

We apologize for your experience but that evening we had a downed flight with over 100 Rooms checking in at the same time. This was unexpected and was expedited as quickly as possible. We do not change prices when you check into our hotel. You must be confused on incidental holds as opposed to the actual room rate. Thank you

Non smoking policy should really be enforced. The smell of marijuana was up and down the halls. The elevator by our room was not in service and one of my guests was handicapped.

Renovations were underway and the first floor elevator could not be boarded on the first floor. You had to walk upstairs if you could.

DO NOT BOOK at this hotel. Pathetic hotel and hotel management. Do not book at this hotel. My car rental agency at Atlanta airport mentioned that almost 10 cars are getting broken by thieves at this hitel every week.I stayed at this hotel on 1/10/2024. I parked the car in a very visible area right in the middle of hotel's parking lot area. That day a total 11 cars were broken in and one of them was mine. I had few valuables worth 500$ in the car and the window was broken. It was a rental car with limited insurance and i had to go to Atlanta airport to exchange the car runing my travel plans. The hotel does not take responsibilty of what happened of what happened. The hotel management was rude to say that its not theor responsibility. They do not take any any ownership of whay happened and instead they gave me the IHG corporate office # and i spent 3 hours talking to them about the situation and they say they will talk to the hotel management. It was goong in cicrcles. I had to go through all this effort, time and money and these guys not even bother to ask if at least they can refund my stay. Pathetic hotel and pathetic service.

Safety is NOT a factor with this hotel. The whole week i was there, there was NO security guard AT ALL. My rental car, along with 11 other vehicles got their windows busted out Hotel management said they have a sign posted that they are not responsible. Fine, however, why do you have a security room with tv monitors showing the camera images with NO ONE monitoring them? Then the next day another vehicle got their window busted out as well! I have pics showing that the parking lot lights work randomly. Also, while outside on hotel property I was approached by 4 different wanderers on seperate days! I am an elderly female and I did NOT feel safe at all! The front desk staff was EXTREMELY nice, personable and as helpful as they could be every day. The breakfast was eh, decent selection when it was filled up but room temperature and when I asked about the empty coffee urn the one gentleman rolled his eyes and walked away he was the kitchen worker who else was i suppose to ask?! I will not stay there again

Exceeded expectations, great hotel
This hotel exceeded my expectations, it’s a great hotel. It’s not in the sexiest area but this hotel stands out. Very clean, remodeled, very friendly and helpful staff, and solid breakfast. They provide a shuttle to the airport which is a plus. This hotel provides outstanding value.

If you call having a KFC in the front yard than we’ll say excellent on location. We loved being able to get to the airport so easily and we loved our driver. Night staff gets higher marks than morning staff.

It seems that a party was going on throughout the night, music until dawn, that was the only thing we can complain, although there was a sign that we had to keep the noise down from 9 PM-6AM, to let the other guests sleep

I actually checked out the night of 12/18, instead of 12/19. During my original stay 12/14-12/17, the elevator was broken and we took the steps from the 5th floor. When asking a staff member, they asked if I saw the contractors working on it. The incidental fee then was $50. I returned for this booking so to a flight delay and was charged $100. Service wasn’t consistent but overall, I enjoyed my stay

I would have given a 5, but my room had no hot water. I was told to let the water run. After I let the water run for about 20 minutes and the water still cold, I called back to the front desk. I was told that there was nothing mechanics could do. The lady at the front desk said that she could switch my room but there were no more king rooms available.

My reservation was given to another customer ! Bad business! Period. So I was stuck with a left over room without my sofa bed. My son had to sleep on the floor , I was a party of 5 like I noted when I made my reservation!

I paid for a suite. I called the hotel telling them about my late flights. They said it would be perfectly fine. Our rooms will be ready for us to check in. Once we arrived, we were told our reservation rooms were moved to other guests. To which I have already paid with Hotels.com for my hotel room. We were moved to a smaller room. Not what I paid for. This was really disappointing. Giving a reservation out after it’s been paid for? Really?
