Last minute deal , firstly the food is good staff are fantastic bar person working really hard his name was mario he's was always pleasant even when people are rude , secondly our room had issue's not able to plug chargers in or hair straighteners because plug sockets are attached to the dresser i did speak to reception and they are going to sort this but the room was clean yes the carpets need changed but they where clean we would return

We booked a family room, 1 adult 3 kids and the dog. The room was cosy and clean and had everything we needed at a very reasonable price. We only really used the hotel as a base for walking. Hotel perfectly situated a short walk from the start of Beinn Narnain, Ben Ime and the Cobbler too. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there was a pool table to keep the kids entertained.

For a ‘comfort room with Loch view’, it was very small and bed not comfortable at all. Very over priced. Looks great in photos and online but reality is very different. For something that showed so much promise, was a let down. Thankfully only there one night - any longer and would have left early.
